Our old cheaply/hastily built bathroom shower was failing after 20 years. Alex stopped in, delivered a prompt quote, and was ready to get me scheduled.Billing is appropriate and aligns to project execution.The work is high quality. To see Alex at work is to watch Talent in motion. Since “discovering” Alex in 2016, I have tasked him with five projects of varying sizes, ranging from refurbishing a bedroom, hall, and closets, all the way to constructing from scratch a Garden Room addition on our home. This past week Alex completed the fifth project, the reconstruction of a sun room, to include “stapling” the structure to the home of which it is a part, sealing it against moisture, and adding an attractive faux wood flooring. Alex is not merely a skilled GC (in my opinion, the best in the business.) He is a consummate craftsman, in the old sense of the word. He instinctively knows what must be done, and he has a talent for visualizing how something should turn out upon completion. And the end product invariably is superb.
