They delivered the product quickly and helped me out of a bind with my home owners insurance cracking down on the roof. They were quick but honest, did what they could to help me out and got the ball rolling quickly. Within the week they were able to get the roof replaced, they handled all the clean up, and took action to make sure nothing got damaged of value from vehicles to the housing. Called because I had a leak and was able to have the company owner, Will, come out the same day for a free inspection and quote. I was able to get AE Roofing booked within the week, they worked with my schedule and got the job done under four hours!The customer service is outstanding: the woman on the phone taking my info, Will, and the contractor, Joe. Truly had a pleasant experience and the work itself looks amazing!I recommend the company and will continue to do business with them for any future roof repairs.

I had a water stain on my upstairs ceiling with a roof that was only 8 years old. After 2 different companies came out and were unable to precisely identify the problem, American Elite sent out Will to take a look. He was able to tell that my roof is poorly ventilated and is causing premature damage to the shingles (which looked much worse than they should after 8 years). Will and his team worked with my insurance and solar panel company to make the entire process of getting a new roof incredibly painless. He was even able to get me a great offer on single upgrades. Great customer service, communication and work quality. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have any roofing issues.

I am very satisfied with American Elite Roofing. Will helped guide us on what to do with our insurance when they were being stubborn to get full payment. It took some time but he was there every step. When the time came to get the roof installed, he was on time, kept us updated on the roof status, and gave us plenty of time to make adjustments to allow his team to work efficiently. He gave honest opinions to issues that were found and very informative for us to make a decision with no pressure. They cleaned up afterwards as if nothing happened and spared our plants. He and his team completed the job in one day, and I could not be any happier with their quality of work. If you want a roofing company that is great at what they do and good on price, here it is! I live in Austin. The crew did a great job on replacing my hail damaged roof, and then they they cleaned up the area around the house leaving it spotless. They were all business and finished the job in less time than we expected. The owner explained the whole insurance and payment process to us, and made it all very easy.He stopped by to see how the job was going, and then again at the end to see that everything was done correctly. He even inspected the area to see that the clean-up was thorough. Bottom line:my wife and I were very happy with American Elite Roofing.

Will is a gentleman to work with. He handled all of the insurance needs. When the Insurance Company didn’t give us enough to cover what we wanted he appealed and got us more than we expected. He was told that it was because he was so thorough and they wished more roofers were that detailed. Will promised he’d have it done in one day and sure enough the crew did not go home until they completed and picked up the mess! Not only that but he turned us on to several other contractors we were in need of. He spearheaded the entire project. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and they’re high in my book. And believe me I’m a hard person to please. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire process and the results . I highly recommend Will-American Elite Roofing!

Will was fantastic to work with right from the start! We were referred to him and I called him the same day needing a quick response as we had a possible roof leak causing water damage. He answered right away and was very kind and professional. He took my information over the phone and let me know he could come the next day which was a Saturday first thing in the morning.I received a text shortly after confirming and the next morning he let me know when he was on his way! He showed up on time was incredibly kind and professional. He went on our roof and found the issue right away. He explained it to use thoroughly and gave us a very fair price to repair it.He immediately fixed the roof same day which was completely unexpected and amazing. He was a great person to work with and we will definitely be calling him in the future for maintenance and any issues. We will also be recommending him to anyone in the area!

I've never written a review like this but then I have never run into such an excellent, professional business! I'm in the process of selling my home, and the inspection revealed I didn't have a drip edge and that the fascia was falling off. My wonderful realtor, Stacey Handy, recommended Will with American Elite Roofing. I've moved a lot in my life as a military spouse. I've bought and sold houses. I've dealt with many contractors throughout the years but Will and American Elite Roofing are the very best. Will came over the day I called to assess what needed done and provided an estimate. After the arrival of materials needed, his crew came out and started the work. Another issue arose during their work, and Will called me immediately. He offered different options to me. Extra material and work was required which was brought over immediately. He also sent over additional crew, and they were able to complete everything that day. Will came out that evening to inspect the work. I pointed out some aesthetic issues. He came out personally the next day to finish up some minor issues. I was so impressed! I strongly recommend them!!
