My Home was under contract to sell and and the last minute the buyers inspection called for the roof to be replaced. Having never gone through this before I was recommended American Homes Roofing by a close friend and it turned out to be the best decision I've made. Moses worked with my insurance company adjuster and replaced the roof a week later in less then a day. He was professional and friendly the whole time and took the stress out of the process completely. I wish all contractors were like this. We had used American Homes Roofing because they are local for a much smaller home. They did an excellent job installing a roof on our mom's home. We remembered how kind they were to her, how they made sure she was satisfied. We asked for a quote on our home and we never regretted it. From begining to end communication was great! Tony has been fantastic from the moment I contacted him, showing up in a just couple hours’ notice to do a roof inspection after a hail storm. He walked us through the entire process of filing a claim with insurance and getting the repair to our roof done as painlessly as possible. Today his guys showed up and got the job done. Moses and Tony arrived promptly to provide the estimate and I was impressed with their courteous attitude, knowledge and patience in explaining the roofing process. Moses was exceptionally helpful addressing issues and concerns with our insurance claim, ultimately helping us to obtain a full claim on the roof. It’s like they were never even here !!! I knew my roof had probably been damaged by the last hail storm but I waited to get it inspected. When I least expected it I got a leak, water was dripping into my master bedroom. I called Moe the next morning and they came right away to patch the roof while I waited for the insurance company. Without any talk about payments or deductibles or if I had even made up my mind to continue with their services they patched it up no questions asked. For the next three days it rained and thanks to this wonderful company the inside of my home stayed dry. Moe told me I could call around for quotes from other companies but I knew it wouldn’t be necessary I was impressed from the first conversation. After my insurance company did their part and gave the ok to replace the roof I spoke with Tony he explained the process to me and provided the date they would come to drop off supplies and replace the roof. I happened to be out of town and when I returned it was like they had not even been here and I had a brand new beautiful roof. I walked the yard to check for scrap pieces and leftover nails and couldn’t find a trace. These guys were Profesional, and fast and the clean up was impeccable. This company is the best!!! Tony the project manager was an amazing person to work with on my roofing project. Nothing was spared and everything from the brand of materials to there purpose was throughly explained. Tony was highly knowledgeable on every aspect and no issues answering any question. His team of roofers were very polite, friendly, and ridiculously fast. I was highly impressed with the speed of the project less then 12 hours. They didn’t have materials sitting on my roof for days like other homes in my area, all done in less then one day. Jamie was my point of contact and helped with insurance issues.
