After hurricane Ian, American Restoration was the top crew in our subdivision. They were the hardest working and most sought-after crew in the area. We suffered 26 inches of category 3 flooding inside our house. Within days, our home was back to a preconstruction condition. They have the resources and the manpower to do a large job very quickly. Jesus is great at managing multiple large projects and pays attention to the needs of the grief stricken families. His entire crew was respectful and and hardworking. I had a massive sewage backup. The drying out process they did was fantastic. My entire master bedroom had the floors replaced, the walls cut 12” and they did a wonderful job of finding replacement flooring (hardwood) to match the house, they sprayed the walls to match texture & painted it all beautifully.It looks better than it did before the backup!It was terrible and now I love it.They were fast, professional and reasonable.Awesome company! Our house was flooded due to bad plumbing.They came in and helped take care of our flood-damaged walls and carpet. Very friendly andhelpful through this stressful event, our roomsand floor look like new. You can't even tell therewas ever flood water damage.Some time after this, I reached out again for aseparate remodel of my laundry room floor tohave tile laid down. Jesus was especiallyhelpful, taking a significant amount of his owntime to visit multiple venues to find a tile thatmost closely resembles the flooring in anadjacent room. I couldn't be happier with howthe floors turned out, and I'm especially happywith the customer service provided.
