Joe and Lindsey Dodds at Antler Roofing are truly amazing in how they do business. They are super fast, efficient, and they communicate with us every step of the way. My husband and I were really intimidated by the whole insurance claim process to fix our roof after recent storm damage, especially because we have solar panels, and Joe and Lindsey basically held our hands throughout the whole process and got everything running smoothly. To top off all of the great customer service and responsiveness, our roof looks incredible. Max was on the job every step of the way, from the inspection to the roof completion. I received the settlement letter from the insurance company on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Antler started the roof replacement on Saturday, March 12th and the roof was complete by noon on Sunday, March 13th. My home is almost 5,000 square feet, with a comparable size roof that has several complicated peaks and valleys - not an easy job. They made it look like a cakewalk. This isn’t hype, folks. Joey & Ryan plus all the guys on their roofing teams are top notch. Joey personally came to check my roof within a few hours of a major tornado / hail storm. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am not sure if Ryan Dodds is the owner or the branch manager for San Antonio; I just know I shall not forget him anytime soon. This market is ripe for contractor abuse. I am a workman myself, German to the core, and do not tolerate shoddy workmanship on my property. Nor do I do business with companies that are taking advantage of the current situation and overcharging or otherwise abusing the public. I do not think you can go wrong doing business with this man.Ryan is a genuinely good guy and the crew that did the work, well, in the COVID-19 business ethics of today, such uncompromising work took me by surprise. This company reminds me of Zimmerman HVAC in that you can just count on them doing the best work at highly competitive prices. Most homeowners are not going to going up on the roof and inspect the work both while it is being done and afterwards. I did, and after my first trip up I knew it was a good crew who cared about more than getting the job done. I mean I was really impressed with the quality of the work. They installed three solar powered roof vents for us. No problems. No worries. Highly competitive price, if not the best I would have gotten had I taken the time, which I usually do, but I had met Ryan earlier in the day at the roofing supply company, and did not feel a need to talk to anyone else. Remarkable cleanup, too. This is an outstanding company.I know there are a lot of roofers working out in this Sun who are both honest and conduct their business with integrity. Finding one of them is the problem. I promise you Ryan Dodds is one of them. The worst contractors will smile in your face while they do things you cannot see that cost you either in the quality of the materials used or the quality of the workmanship, things of which they know the average homeowner is fully unaware. I believe anyone--regardless of their level of knowledge about the work being performed--can trust Antler Roofing prices are fair and that the work will be done with uncompromising quality. That was what I experienced doing business with this man. He really cares about people. You cannot ask more of a businessman in this business environment. They definitely seem to know what they are doing. They did the house across the street and stopped by and advised (at my request) on the roof being done on my site. Apparently just about everybody thinks they can start a roofing company but not everybody runs a job correctly.
