**Beware of Brandy Hernandez Romero with Ape Roofing she is a very dishonest person and will take your money and will not complete the work agreed upon. She was scheduled to complete our roof in November 2022 and ran off with 9,000 thousand dollars haven't heard from her again and cut off all communication with us.Service: Roof installation

Having a roof replaced can be stressful. If you have Ape Roofing complete the job your stress will not end once the job is completed. Brandy is dishonest and does not honor her contract. Brandy reels you in with low fees and VERY high promises with her excellent workmanship but does not deliver on any of these promises. Brandy did not complete the job that both parties signed a legal contract for! Ape roofing would be better if there were actual ape's doing the job, sorry but true! Difficult to deal with because Brandy is dishonest and does not return calls.Service: Roof inspection

Brandy at Ape roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. She drove up to Round Rock from San Antonio and inspected my roof for hail and wind damage. She took the time to go over the damage with me and explain what all she was looking and even helped me file the insurance claim on my roof. She is available for any questions you might have throughout the process and very willing to help. If you want an easy, painless process, definitely give Ape and Brandy a call.

My house floods evertime it rains.Multiple roofers have told me the roof was not installed properly to begin with.Brandy has been dodging responsibility for a year now.I'm tired of dealing with her.Please go anywhere else for a roof.Nobody else should have to deal with this.

This company helped with the insurance side after a lot of delays and dropped balls on the insurance side. Quality of work is good. I definitely recommend but be prepared for a mess and tons of nails !
