Quick, efficient and quality workmanship.One crew re-roofed my house in 4 hours, while another repaired the interior damage my leaking roof had done to our ceilings. No mess left behind with either job. I would highly recommend Blue Line

I work for them (directly for Jacob as a contractor) I didn't get paid for my labor because he said that there was no budget.Just to be clear here. I did my job correctly and the clients were happy with meI anticipated your response very accurately That is not what happened sir. First , was Phillip (your guy in charge) who did things inefficient in the beginning. Also the clients wanted us to go only on Saturdays and after hours M-F.I was available the whole process except for 1.5 weeks in the end when I had trainings going. This also makes you a lier thief and a cheater.I am really disappointed in you and the way you treated me. Also , why you didn't answer my last message? Please have manners and be polite to others

This is the second house that they have repaired for us after a hail storm. They did a good job coordinating the repairs and all the work was completed to our satisfaction. To include a new roof, gutter replacement and our fences were power washed and re-stained. They were always on time and kept us informed.

We hired them thru our insurance company as a result of property damage from a car hitting the wall of our garage. The repair on both sides of the wall (sheet rock on interior .. brick on exterior) was excellent... restore to original look seamlessly). Very professional workers. Worked around our schedule and even worked to make a project deadline happen ahead of schedule. Answered text messages and questions quickly and kept us informed about the project along the way... supervisor identified small imperfections on the walk thru in the end and had the crew fix it. Cleaned the work area at the end of every day. Highly recommend them.

Blue Line Roofing & Construction just recently completed a total roof replacement. We were impressed with the workmanship. They answered all our questions from start to finish. Additionally, they were very respectful of our home and neighborhood. They cleaned up each night. Finally, although very busy from recent storms, they worked around our schedule to create the least amount of disruption. We are a very satisfied Blue Line Roofing and Construction customer.

I recently purchased a home that had a new roof installed by Blue Line in 2019. The real estate inspector I hired to look at everything before I purchased it noted a couple of deficiencies in the roof flashing. Greg Hunt, owner of Blue Line, came out and met with me. He agreed to fix the two minor areas under his 5 year workmanship warranty that transferred to me as the new owner. His guy came out this morning and did a professional job. I like a company that stands behind their work even years later. I would recommend Blue Line.

Blue Line Roofing provided an outstanding service. Edgar was very responsive and always kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. My neighbor was also impressed by the results and asked for BLRs contact number as they needed work done on their house. Blue Line was a great help to us! Very nice both in office personnel and workers. Chase was awesome! I learned so much about the process of repairing my home- he explained everything to me clearly, taught me things, and came out multiple times to make sure everything was correct and to talk us through things.

I regret using Blue Line. The work is done and I feel taken advantage of. I'm convinced not all the work I was charged for was done ( facia replacement for one). I took a picture of one that was just being covered over and when I asked why it wasnt being replaced, the response was " because its not that bad." I'm no expert but there are some small gaps between the siding where they meet each other, and when I asked why there's a gap the response was "so if rain gets in there it can dry." I was also charged more for labor to remove the old siding because I was told one side of the house had two layers of old siding. However, I was not there when it was being removed to confirm that, but I do know that the dumpster they had there did not appear to me to have that amount of siding in it. I do have photos. I can't help but feel I was overcharged for work. I do not recommend Blue Line.

Company uses third party labor that is quick and a bit careless. One poor guy fell off the roof and somehow landed on his feet. He was given some pain relievers and after some time got back on the roof- supervisor should have let the man go home regardless of what he said his condition was. Same supervisor backed trailer into gate causing it to bend- he denied and called the owner (senior woman) a lier when this was witnessed by owner. Neighbors can testify nothing was wrong with the gate for many years. (Was straightened by company rep as a “favor.”). Gee thanks!Last complaint, owner told repeatedly that the roof replacement was to be covered by insurance minus deductible- Wasn’t true because owners policy had a depreciation clause that negated much of the coverage to our (fault also) surprise. Clean up was decent, work was timely and quality was good… but dang- the whole trust thing- sad. Really should have looked closer at our policy regardless of what salesperson indicates- read your policy coverages and the contract to avoid surprises. Cya

We were very pleased with the prep work, installation and clean up for the roofing on our son’s house. He indicated all involved were very polite and kept him posted on the progress. Our contacts with Mack and his team were good too. My experience with the office staff was always pleasant as well. House looks great. Thank you!

This was by far the worst company I've ever worked with. Ty were unresponsive unprofessional and they did Low quality work. It took OVER 7 months for repairs to get done from a 2 month estimate. I had no countertops, no walls, no kitchen for 6.5 months. What a joke. I was told all the time that they were going to do get things done and they moved the timeline back there was no discount there was no communication there was just a lack of trust a lack of work and a lack of effort on blue line's part. its evident in the he mess they leave and the quality of work they do that don't care about your house or home. Frankly they don't care about their work at all and it's very evident.

Beware! They misrepresented the work they performed in 2014 on a house I purchased last year. They never requested an inspection because they knew they didn't perform the repairs! They now to refuse to acknowledge their bad workmanship. They scammed an elderly lady and her insurance company for $11,492.36. We've had roof inspections that give us in details how Blue line did not do the work they charged for. Just last week Rodger demonstrated with my roof, to my husband that him being able to lift our shingles up six inches off the roof is how you properly shingle a roof,instead of attempting reparations for his company. They did not remove and replace warped decking. They did not remove all materials down to the decking. They left 4 layers of felt on the roof. Yet charged for removal and disposal! They did not properly install the flashing or drip line! They did not seal the roof! They Re-used old lead boots and pipes that were supposed to be replaced due to hail damage! So, if you call them... Make sure you get an inspection.

Although Blue Roof did delay a few days longer than i expected in reaching me and coming by due to rain, i am very pleased with their work. The owner did respond to my messages immediately and addressed the issue prompty. Their crew did show up and completed the jobs needed including cutting a very large tree down, hauling it away and next day sending a crew to break down my demolished shed. Not only did they break down the shed, they brought the new one in and rebuilt it better than before. They cleaned up all around and hauled away. IM VERY PLEASED WITH BLUE ROOF.

Blue Line Roofing is Awesome!!Multiple hail storms damaged our roof over the past years. Our insurance carrier, USAA, contracted with Blue Line Roofing to have our roof replaced. They did a great job with our roof.Unfortunately, a previous hail storm caused minor damage (nail pops, mini-cracks, etc.). In order to resolve these new issues, we asked USAA if our new claim would cover this previous damage, fortunately we were covered. Blue Line was then contracted to repair and repaint the damaged ceiling.As with most painting, everything in our home had to be covered in plastic sheeting. Since they did such a great job with the ceiling repair we then contracted Blue Line to paint the interior walls of our entire home.We couldn't be happier with their work. Special recognition and thanks for Peter Napoli, our Project Estimator. The crew, Siquem Diaz de Ceon, Adlai Castillo, Jaciel Acevedo, and Eric Torres, worked tirelessly to complete the project. They were so very helpful with the extra little things we would ask them to do such as clean the ceiling light fixtures. They all were wonderful.We couldn't be happier with Blue Line in their efforts to complete a very challenging project.

Highly recommend you stay away from this company. We came home to a pool filled with nails and debris. When we complained to Chad the supervisor, he simply said, we are not used to pools being so close to the house. It was such a mess it took several of us to clean up the area. Our neighbors complained that there were dozens of nails in the street and a couple of tires were punctured by them. When Chad asked what he could do to make this up to us, I asked for $200 to pay the people that had helped us clean up. He was aghast by this but we were firm. A couple of months later we found out that they had gone back to USAA and added an additional $1500 to our bill for overlooked items they hadn’t purchased. They also tacked on our $200 in addition to that. These are not honest people.

My project was water damage that was difficult to diagnose. Leak under shower master bathroom shower drain pan. After the repair work started other leaks were discovered under the bathtub. As a result damage also occurred in the bedroom and walk in closet. My repair work started but because of COVID was put on hold for months. Once the project was able to resume they were able to quickly continue on with the work and my new bathroom is better then it was when I first bought my home.Services: Install flooring, Tile work replacement, Demolition, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Repair flooring, Drywall repair

Completely unprofessional in my view. We contacted Blue Line in March after the big storm damage. March 25th is when their estimator came out to our house. Multiple promises that an estimate is coming "today," or "soon," with long periods of silence in between. It is now May 14 and nothing, just disappeared into thin air. No response. I would like to edit a previous posting. Blue Line Roofing and Construction are a preferred USAA insurance contractor. I had some work done and there were several errors (incorrect paint color, installations that I did not approve, ect...). Blue Line Roofing and Construction fixed all of the errors to ensure that I was more than satisfied.
