After trying to contact other roofers without success John C answered my call. I found him very professional, friendly, and thorough with his roofing inspection and findings. He went above and beyond acquiring the proper permits. His crew were very respectful. He made me feel at eased that the job was going to be done right from start to finish. John C. (owner) was very helpful during the entire process. From the get go, I got a very thorough explanation of every step. My roof had some pretty good damage to it from many years of hail and storms. Lived a full life it did. I got an Inspection within days of requesting - which is free. They worked within my timeframe for replacement and was accommodating for when I worked at home. The whole process was two days from start to finish. A crew of 5 or 6 guys worked on the roof to get it done so quickly. John worked with my insurance and everyone was paid quickly. I was very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. The only negative (which is minor) would be the clean up. I would say they cleaned up 95%. I did have to go around and pick up the roofing nails especially on and near my drive way. And a few pieces here and there. But nothing that was excessive. Super nice.
