I called to get an estimate on a storm door replacement 2 weeks ago. They sent 2 of their employees to get measurements. now we are going on week three and have not received a call back from them with an estimate. I have called several times and they have not return my calls. I called this business because they were highly recommended. It's unfortunate.

I was very satisfied with the services of this company. They explained the process of replacing my roof, answered all my questions, notified my neighbors, finished on time and cleaned after the work was completed. Also, they were very flexible in working with us since we had to file a claim with our insurance company. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Had roof completely replaced by them. Started leaking after so I called as it was still under warranty. They came out and evaluated and said someone would be in contact shortly to fix it. A week later and no one has called. My roof continues to leak. I have called and left several messages. Luckily, I have buckets so it's not ruining my home just yet.Update: I called them and left messages. 2 days later they call me to tell me they are on the way to my house. No appointment made. Luckily, my wife was home and they repaired what they thought was wrong which was different than what I had previously discussed with the estimator. Since this was warranty work I did not argue. Will update the next time it rains to see if it worked.Increased stars from 2-4 because it has worked.Service: Roof repair

They wher Very clean from leaving the roof clean and my yard all clean up and my neighbors were very happy they clean their yard as well, due to the fact the pitch on my roof is very high and the shingles were sliding down. We had 4 quotes total! These guys were honest from the get go. One company was $4k more than all the others. I ask all companies their standards on professionalism regarding cat calling, most said it comes with the business?? We decided to contract with C&C Construction. Totally professional, completely competent and they did an amazing job and more. Upper management was highly professional pertaining to the contract and payment procedures. They were highly efficient in determining the problem areas that needed attention. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone looking for honest professionals. Ceaser Jr. is obviously a skilled and experienced business man who knows how to conduct himself in a comfortably professional manner in the presence of his clients.

Highly impressed with C&C Roofing! In my opinion, they are by far THE BEST ROOFERS in San Antonio!Caesar (owner) came by my house to determine source of leaks in my roof. Within a few days, he and his team repaired leaks in my roof, and did a water test to make sure all of the leaks were taken care of.I will never use a different roofer other than C&C Roofing. these people wrote a contract with me when my roof was leaking and they put me off for 3 MONTHS before they said they would "let me out of my contract" so I could find someone else!! they strung me along for MONTHS and I never even saw 1 worker!these people will screw you over! their sales rep had to quit because they did this to multiple clients of his and he was at risk of getting sued as well! he came an apologized to me and revealed the truth about how they mislead their customers and abuse their immigrant workers! theses guys are BAD!These positive reviews are most likey friends or accomplices to boost ratings for their TERRIBLE Customer service. Do you really want to risk it?
