CJ's Roofing was very easy to work with and highly dependable. Once contacted we set up an inspection, free estimate and provided a very reasonable price for the project. Basically I needed three base roof jacks replaced which had been damaged by critters. CJ's even managed to match the current color of my shingles. Fantastic job...looks great!

CJ'S ROOFING did an amazing job on my roof. I called them, and they came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I was under a bit of pressure to get it done because my insurance wanted to cancel my home owners insurance if I didn't get it replaced by end of the month. Carlos was very professional and courteous, My husband had a stroke and I was handling alot of things at once and he made the process simpler by giving me and my husband peace of mind that it would get done and gave me all the paperwork I needed to show my insurance so that my policy would not be canceled. My roof came out beautiful. My neighbors commented how nice it looked and also how fast they did the job. I would definitely recommend CJS ROOFING if you need a roof or repairs.

Needed a roof leak fixed quickly at my mother’s house since it was already dripping through the ceiling, Carlos was prompt, fair, reasonable and did a quality job. Promptly responds to email queries (via web form on their website). I set the day and time for an estimate. Carlos showed up on time and checked out my roof with a drone. He was able to id problems right away. He and his teammate provided an estimate and timeframe for repairs. It was a small fix and they were able to get it done during the same visit! Again, Carlos provided pictures of what was fixed and gave follow up instructions. A++. Would use CJ’s Roofing again.

CJ Roofing is by far an amazing roofing company. I had a roofing leak from the exhaust vent. He literally arrived the next day (it was raining the day I called) gave me an estimate and had the problem fixed within 1 hr. He also had to replace plywood and some other things. They will do whatever they can to get to you and address your needs. This is the only company I will call for my roofing needs.

I called CJ’s Roofing regarding a leak from the roof. Carlos told me he would be out to inspect the roof the following day. He showed up found the area where the leak was and made the repairs to the rubber boot around the vent pipe. He told me he would check the other vent pipes for any damage. Carlos with CJ Roofing, was very helpful with my minor leak coming from a vent pipe. Not only did he fit the leak, he siliconed the heater vent and caulked exposed nails on the ridge. He also took pictures of all the vent pipes and inspected my entire roof.

Do not call this company unless you want to be harassed by the owner. On or about February 4, 2024 I reached out to what I thought was a good company and asked for a free estimate on my roof before I filed a claim through USAA. The owner seemed to be enamored with USAA and not so much as making sure the inspection was done correctly. I explained to Carlos we had problems in the past with USAA low balling their estimates hence the reason I was looking to hire CJ Roofing. USAA reached out to us and scheduled an appointment for February 6, 2024. I reached out to to Carlos and asked if he was available to be present for the inspection to which he became a nasty piece of work. He actually had the audacity to tell me that he "was doing me a favor" by coming to inspect my roof this morning. I was shocked needless to say. After numerous text messages back and forth I asked him to stop texting me or I would call the police. He refused to stop and I filed police report no. SAPD-2024-016408x for harassment. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE AND WANT TO BE HARASSED.

I can't say enough things about CJ's Roofing and repair. I first met the owner (Carlos) when I noticed that one of my roof vents was damaged, after calling several roofing companies and being told that it would be 2 or 3 days before they could come out.*Sympathetic: When I contacted CJ's, I was surprised when the owner (Carlos) told me that he would be at my house in 20 minutes.*Honesty: While on the roof he found that I had lots of hail damage. He told me that it would make no sense for me to pay for a partial fix, it would be cheaper for me to do a temporary fix and file a claim with my insurance company for hail damage, which I did that same day.*Communication: Carlos and I kept in touch, and he quickly responded to my questions and concerns before and after my claim was approved, he quickly ordered material, which was delivered on 6/27, his crew competed roof replacement on 6/29.*Professionalism: CJ's crew members were great, very friendly, and professional, I was impressed by how hard they worked and their attention to detail. They took care of my property and cleaned up behind themselves.*Overall, I'm very happy with the job that CJ's Roofing did for me, my new roof looks great. They did the repair the next day and we were pleased with the price. First thing about CJ’s roofing was his timely call back, and then the icing on the cake for me was his reference and gratitude for God. He told me my 1800sq/ft would be tore off and replaced in a day and to my surprise there was still daylight when they were finished.( remarkable)His crew was so polite and professional and they all worked extremely well together. UPDATE JULY 2020Found out on my own this month that my roof job did not pass Windstorm Certification WPI 8 as inspected by the engineering firm hired by CJ. My work order specifically stated I needed the roof to be certified which is why I hired CJ's. CJ's received the report, I never did. Only found out after talking to TDI about why my inspection shows as failed. I was never told this by CJ's roofing back in 2018 when the inspection was completed, this work was done back in 2018 after the hurricane that hit Aransas Pass/Rockport. Extremely disappointed that CJ's would choose to do business this way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW FROM 2018The work was started and finished very quickly. The roof looks great and the high end materials will add value to the house. Thank you Carlos and crew!
