Working with Design Roofing and their team of professionals was the best decision we made when replacing the roof to our home. Javier Figueroa and Cameron took care of us with excellent care and professionalism, ensuring every detail with the removal and installation was met to our satisfaction and approval (They even included the removal and re-installation of our solar panels, did a walk through our property verifying no metal particles or trash was left behind, they even cleaned up my front porch with this job!). Their team diligently worked with our Homeowners Insurance company to ensure that the whole process was perfect! Javier was true to his word when he said that he and his company (Design Roofing) always placed the customers needs first. If you’re interested in getting your roof replaced I highly encourage you to call Design Roofing…..you will not regret it! We don’t! We did pay a little extra to upgrade the shingles, but it was money well spent! House looks fabulous and the upgraded shingles can withstand 140 mph winds, and we all know Texas weather can be crazy at times. Thank you Javier and Cameron! It was a pleasure meeting you!

Great work was done to my roof today. I want to thank Eddie, Daniel ,Adam and the design roofing team for getting the job done. My experience was 10/10 helpful with options on roof color quality and preforments. Friendly people they helped with all my questions and concerns. Top for me was the service they are here to work for you not against you. After receiving several estimates, and a denial from my insurance company to cover a leak in my roof that was leaking into my home, I was beyond frustrated. By chance, I came across Design Roofing and decided to ask for one more estimate. Joseph V was amazing right from the start. After inspecting my roof, he resubmitted a claim to my insurance company, and to my surprise they agreed to cover it. He walked me through the entire process, and was helpful in understanding all the terminology and paperwork. It all seemed too easy for me, but in fact it was just the processes that Joseph and Design Roofing had in place to make sure everything flowed smoothly. The roof looks amazing, and the leak inside the house has also been repaired. I also want to thank Daniel, the QM, on the day of installation. Even though I was home, he kept me updated on the progress of the roof at each and every step with drone photos as each step was completed. The Team is just finishing up putting the solar panels back on after providing us with a new roof that hail damage had destroyed. If I could give a 10 star rating for Design Roofing, I would! The attention to detail, first by Rudy Elizondo III then by Devon Charles and his team was outstanding! Once the team began I was provided photos of their progress and when the roof was finished a drone was used to provide multiple pics from different angles. The team even checked with neighbors on either side of us to clean up any debris from dismantling the old roof.Bottom line, this is a great company!

Worked with kambryn on my first roof claim. I had no idea how it would work but I am very glad kambryn with design roofing took care of me. Made the process easy and headache less. She worked very hard and dealt directly with adjuster so I would not have to do anything. She provided much support and had great communication the entire time. The day of the roof install, Daniel, Chris G and the crew were at my house by 6:15am and the roof install was totally completed by around 3pm. They brought a large crew with them, sent me pictures without asking for every step of the way. One of the VP's, Adrian G was extremely involved with the complete process from start to finish.
