The repair crew led by Mike was very polite and professional. They were very efficient and left my property clean and undamaged. Very very impressed by the professionalism, communication, and speed of my roof replacement. Johnny made sure I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. The actual replacement was fast but thorough and the cleanup far exceeded my expectations. More than a month after my roof was replaced, I have found only 2 nails on my property, and one tiny sliver of old tile caught in a bush. HIGHLY recommend.

Background: My wife and I experienced the second damaging hailstorm in 18 months and needed to replace our roof (again). We learned from the first experience. We worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure all damage was noted and appropriately appraised. We then shopped for retail quotes to replace our roof. After receiving 3 quotes, we chose Dolan Roofing & Construction. They were not the least expensive (about $200 above the next roofer in our ranking), but had great reviews from customers.I worked with Aaron Strom at Dolan. He worked around our busy schedule. Aaron's crew followed our instructions carefully and prepared well. They kept us informed and prepared us for the demolition and installation. The process took less than two days - some neighbors lost use of their driveway and yard for three days. They cleaned up and left the yard/driveway exactly as it was. The roof looks great!

I want to give a shout out to the crew sent out by Dolan Roofing to do a small job around the chimney, but a very important one because we had leaking coming from the chimney. The crew was extremely hard working, diligent, and courteous. Especially trying in this summer heat! Mike even went out of his way to load some boxes in my car for me and identified an error a previous roofing company made. So professional and on point! Kudos to him!!! Great job!And the high level of professionalism didn’t stop there. I especially want to give a heartfelt thanks to Brandis for his integrity on the job. He answered every question and went above and beyond to make sure not only the job that Dolan Roofing did for us was executed but was concerned of those errors made by a previous roofing co. He always responded promptly and supported me in getting those errors rectified. I am incredibly grateful for his honesty and time given to make sure we were taken care of. Brandis, Amanda, Aaron and crew did a great job repairing a flashing leak. They confirmed the leak, wrote the scope of work and scheduled the crew. The crew did a very nice job replacing the flashing, installing new siding and trim and painting to match. Afterwards a leak test was performed to satisfaction. Happy with the work done.

From beginning to finish, a terrific experience. Their thorough inspection uncovered more damage, they went to bat for us with the insurance company that originally covered 75% of the roof and got it replaced in its entirety. The interior work to repair water damage was done very quickly and we can't even tell where it happened. Overall they answered all of our inquiries and kept us informed and updated every step of the way. We highly recommend Dolan for a top notch job

Amazing experience from start to finish! We had severe roof damage from previous storms and required a complete roof replacement. Our contact, Brandis, worked with us and coordinated with our insurance to ensure we received the maximum allowances possible. When it came time for removal and installation, the crew was top-notch. The job was all completed same day and the yard was left spotlessly clean before they left. There are lots of nice little details and touches that make the new roof look better than the builder's original. After 20 years of living in my home the roof was well worn and showing some hail damage. Even though I had many roofing companies solicit me I chose to have Dolan replace it. What convinced me to go with Dolan was their sales agent Arron Strom. His friendly and easy going manner made it easy to explain my needs and concerns. He went to work and patiently came up with a contract that was acceptable to me. The crew did such a fast and professional job that I also recommended Dolan to a family member and to contact Arron. A hail storm damaged the roof of our home, and it was determined that a new roof, as well as two skylights, needed to be replaced. A neighbor recommended Dolan Roofing and Construction. I met with a representative from Dolan and two other roofing companies. Our insurance company’s recommended roofing company reps only stood on the ground, looked at the roof, and said we needed a new roof. They gave me no other information. When Aaron Strom came to our home, he had brochures that provided information on the products used by Dolan; then, he went up onto the roof for a real inspection. He marked areas where he could see damage and also put a piece of tarp over one exposed area.I spoke to our insurance company and told them my experiences with the three roofing companies and said we were going to use Dolan. When the adjuster was here, Aaron was here as well. He later met with my husband and me to describe the process, products, and cost of the new roof and skylights. While waiting for the work to be started, Aaron kept us updated on their timeline.We were very fortunate because we didn’t have any leaks or broken windows; we were fine with our job being done after critical work for other homes was underway. During that time, Aaron kept in touch with us and our neighbors, stopping by to ensure everything in our homes was okay. With Dolan and Aaron, it was never; thanks for your business; we’ll see you when we have time. We always felt it was personal.Amanda Ringo alerted us well in advance of the job's start. She reviewed our choice of materials, set our expectations for the delivery of materials, and made helpful suggestions.The roofing crew was here bright and early and worked a very full day. Mike Dirksen introduced himself, again set expectations, and checked in with me several times. He made a great suggestion to place extra flashing and a diverter in a problem spot that gets tons of heavy rain.During the tear-off, old roofing material was being picked up and hauled away. At the end of the day, Mike explained that the crew would be back in the morning to finish up the last few things and do the cleanup. The crew did a bang-up job with the cleanup!This is a long review, but I hope readers will see that Dolan is a company that cares about their customers; my husband and I never felt like a number at the bottom of the page. All the employees we met take great pride in working for Dolan.

I highly recommend Dolan Roofing. Every single individual I worked with at Dolan was obviously committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. From start to finish - from office staff to estimators to roofing crew, I was impressed with how professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and skilled every person I dealt with at Dolan was and that they took genuine pride in their work and final product.When Bill and Tony came to do the initial estimate, they both carefully examined my roof and came up with solutions for two leaks that other roofers had not been able to address over the years. When tile and underlayment were removed and showed hidden damage over my porch, Tony clearly explained to me what the problem was, why it was a problem and what needed to be done to repair it. I okayed the additional work, but Dolan ended up doing it for no extra cost.We had a devastating hailstorm in Tucson in July. Many of my neighbors had significant hail damage. I referred Dolan to them. One thing multiple neighbors mentioned was that they appreciated Bill Dolan’s willingness to deal and work with the insurance adjusters, really making the process of filing a claim smooth and relatively painless. I would also like to note that Dolan Roofing has integrity. Two neighbors who requested estimates were told by Bill and Tony that the hail damage on their roofs was negligible and that their roofs did not need to be repaired at this point in time.I have owned my 75 year old, red-tile roof home for over 40 years. It is always a daunting and often painful task to have roofing repairs. I appreciated the professionalism, skills, and expertise of the Dolan Roofing personnel. A special shout out to Nina, Bill Dolan, Tony Brito, and Alexis. It was a pleasure to work with you – and, believe me, I have rarely said that after a roofing project was completed!
