By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We We had work done through our warranty. After the tech completed his job, there was a leak we found after the rain we had over the weekend. I attempted to call to inform them that there was a leak, and they told me they do not work on skylights after they worked on it the previous week.I suppose this is how you treat Veterans and their families. Good to know.

After having multiple companies come to diagnose and unsuccessfully repair a leak I had on my roof, Elite Roofing was able to repair it.I got a proper diagnosis and a clear explanation as to what the issue was and how the previous so called repairs were not done correctly.We have had rain since the repair took place a month ago and I have not seen signs of the leak again. So far, I am very pleased with their work and responsiveness.

I had water coming into my garage so I contacted my insurance company who called Elite to check the damage. Elite contacted me quickly and was able to come the following Saturday to diagnose the issue. They arrived and found the issue fast. They showed me the photo of the hole in the roof and explained that it was due to the flashing. They submitted the information to the insurance company the same day. It took a few days for my insurance to process the approval. Immediately after I recieved the email from my insurance company about the approval I was contacted by Elite to schedule the repair. They came the next day to complete the repair. The workers from Elite completed the repair and left no mess. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.
