Get quotes from other companies ! Roof seems OK; sales people were awesome however Erie didn’t do walk around after job as promised ; though I did bring this up and Sam’s response was “I did walk around” yet he wasn’t here at end of job. Debris left on roof and wind keeps bringing it down all over our deck. Let’s hope roof works out ! Very expensive! 10 extra boxes of Shingles and a lot of other supplies were not used not estimated properly; when I questioned Sam as to how much a box of singles cost and how many did they use versus what they charged us for ! Upon my research a box of their fibreglass shingles are about $22 ! Im pretty sure we got ripped off big-time. I even did the quote online and it looks like it would’ve A third of the price that we paid. We were also promised before and after satellite pictures we never saw anything. I will not remove this review until we are compensated.

The sales rep was very courteous and respectful. He understood our needs and our budget. He also shared the benefits of Erie Homes roof system. The installing crew were also very professional, efficient, and courteous. At the completion of the installation of the roof, they cleaned up all the debris from the roof and the yard, then asked me to walk around with them to see if I were completely satisfied. And I was.
