Need something repaired at your house? Need a total renovation? Freddy is your man! He and his crew are fast, fair, and phenomenal! I hired Freddy to completely renovate our rental property that had been destroyed by tenants. There were holes punched in just about every wall and door in the house. The floors were ruined, doors were broken, there was water damage, paint or tar on the exterior brick and windows, and it was a filthy mess. Freddy assessed the damage, and worked with us to determine what we needed to replace, and what we could repair/salvage in order to stay within our budget. He and his team installed new flooring throughout the house, replaced and installed interior and exterior doors, painted the interior, as well as the garage, repaired broken locks on the back sliding glass door, and the exterior garage door, installed new faucets and shower heads, installed lights, installed bathroom mirrors and towel racks, and repaired drywall all throughout the house and garage. We were a bit over our budget and had to decide whether to replace the tubs and surrounds - they were filthy and had a few cracks. He was able to salvage the existing tubs and surrounds - they sparkled like they were almost new! He and his crew cleaned up as they went, and Freddy even trimmed the hedges, which gave the "wow" factor to the front entrance of the house. Freddy's passion for making homes beautiful really shows in his work. He's extremely detailed and he truly cares. I trust him with the smallest of home repairs or a total renovation. Freddy is an absolute gem!

After a bad string of untrustworthy and/or untalented contractors in San Antonio, I was lucky to find Freddy. He was able to successfully find the cause of a window leak, fix it without tearing apart a wall, and make it look like new after the work was complete. Freddy and his staff did a great job repairing my wall after a pipe burst. I especially appreciated the attention to care around the rest of the house by laying down plastic trail where any of his staff walked through. His color matching to two different walls was exact to the original color. It’s blended in really well and I’m more than satisfied with the end result. Working with Freddy was truly an exceptional experience. Contacted him based on his prior reviews and he definitely exceeded our expectations. This was a fairly job to demolish, repair, and construct out entire wood patio deck, installing a new roof, and complete enclosed screen space, just to name a few items. There were extensive additional extras which Freddy did to enhance the entire area. I would highly recommend him for any project that you have in mind. His crew is amazing and is a true reflection of his great leadership, inspiration, and motivation. The attention to detail and workmanship is beyond compare. I called this team of professionals today as I was having new carpet installed. Upon ripping up the old carpet we discovered the sun flooring needed to be repaired. We had an unusual request, but Freddy is an innovative problem solver! We foster cats, so Freddy built us custom “cat barriers” to keep cats from getting stuck underneath three large pieces of furniture. (It once took us 2 hours to free a cat who got in but couldn’t figure out how to get out!) Freddy is a total perfectionist, and is a wizard when it comes to measuring. The cat barriers fit like a glove. It’s as if they came with the furniture. As I write this review, I’m watching our present Foster Cat try repeatedly to find a way in. She finally gave up because Freddy’s balanced blend of skill, exactitude, and patience got everything just right. And since this was in our Living Room, it also had to look “invisible” to humans. So Freddy painted the barriers black (so they look like natural “shadows” under the furniture) while recessing the fronts (to prevent accidental kicks or scuff marks). So now our apartment is safe for cats, while still looking good, thanks to Freddy. And by the way, he’s also a really nice guy who is honest, ethical, extremely hardworking, and a total professional. Freddy provided excellent services and repairs very reasonable charges. Lowe’s delivery was there to install new refrigerator and ice maker. They could not turn off the ice maker valve. Thanks to Freddy he turned off the valve and turned off water to the house also installed ice maker line to water supply. Freddy stayed with us to make sure refrigerator was installed properly. Lowe’s left styrofoam and debris all over street thank you Freddy for cleaning up Lowe’s mess. Freddy is the best repairman we have used!!

After seeing the 5 star reviews and glowing recommendations, I was excited to reach out to Freddy about a project I wanted help with. After submitting the online form for a quote, I received a quick reply asking for pictures and for me to contact him by phone to discuss the project. I sent back pictures of the work I was inquiring about and called and left a message to the number in the email. Since then, I have not heard a word. Two additional emails asking if he needed any other information have also gone unanswered. Very disappointed by the lack of response.

Incredibly impressed over the expertise on window repair. The upstairs window created much noise due to high wind and it turns out the window needed to be sealed as it had shifted from the brick. The bedroom is now quiet and we are able to sleep peacefully without the disruption of noise.
