Justin and his roofing crew did a great job finished in just a little over 2 days which is great considering the pitch of our roof. From the time we requested an appointment for a roof inspection until the job was done Justin and Flagstone roofing were punctual and did what they said they would do. Justin from Flagstone even came out when my insurance company adjuster field supervisor came to inspect the damage to make sure all damage was annotated. I got ridge vents instead of the cheap plastic turtle domes the builders roofer used and I also got drip edge installed to bring me up to code. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors get at least 2 quotes and you will see what I am talking about.

We had decided to use Flagstone after our roof was damaged by hail and wind. This was a fantastic decision. Melissa Blackwater was our project manager and she walked us through every step. Even when we had an emergency on the day the roof was to be repaired, she kept us informed of the progress including providing us photos. This provided us piece of mind our home was in good hands.

After interviewing 5 other roofers I selected Melissa Blackwater, sales representative to do the job. Melissa was the ONLY roofer to contact my insurance company on my behalf and got the ball rolling. She did everything she promised, i.e. correspond with my insurance company, helped me understand the insurance jargon, stayed on-site while the roof was being installed and delivered me pictures of the final product which is jaw dropping beautiful. My experience with Flagstone Roofing was very positive. I liked that crew worked fast, they cleaned up after themselves, and they really were professional. My new roof is charcoal and it looks amazing.. They protected my pool, furniture, and most of my plants. The plants are close to the home and they did there best protecting them. Overall I am pleased with Justin and Flagstone Roofing and have already recommended them to one of my friends.

I used Flagstone Roofing to contract our solar panels. The process was much longer and drawn out than it should have been. It took months longer to get installed and they had told me I would receive a $2,500 CPS rebate and they would also give me a $1,000 gift card when it was installed. Panels were installed in January 2023 and I have contacted them several times and they still have not paid.
