Great work and materials on the roof. However, your workers removed the shingles I had covering the area between the chimney and the garage roof over the HVAC units and they did not replace them. So I asked Heritage Construction rep Matthew Mitchell for help and he was looking into it. That was 3 weeks ago and still no resoluton.

Heritage did an incredibly thorough, quick, and professional job. I originally reached out for roof repairs resulting from a solar panel de-installation, and ended up working with their rep Trent Tadlock to figure out the best overall solution. He helped walk me through the whole process with 0 headache, with the end result being a new, much better roof for much less than the original repairs would have cost me. I highly recommend them.

Owned three different homes at different times. Each one required a roof replacement after a severe storm. Heritage Construction was by far the best. Erik DeAses managed turnkey inspection through replacement and punchlist. This was the most thorough and comprehensive installation of the homes we owned. He knows all the State compliance and insurance codes to assure you get transparency throughout the process. He also provided recommendations to improve energy efficiency of our roof, thus reducing the heating and air-conditioning component of our utility bills. Trenton is hands down one of the best project managers we have ever worked with! From day one until the end of our project, he was so professional, friendly, and hands on. We never felt pressured or uneasy. He was honest, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Communication was top notch as he kept us informed, answered our questions, explained everything clearly and updated us each step of the way, plus he worked well with our insurance on the claim, so we didn’t have to do much at all. I could not have been more happy and satisfied with my new roof because it really looks good now. Thanks to the project manager, Jeff and his crew for the job well done in installing a new roof in a very professional way. They arrived on time as scheduled and finished the job right around 4:30 PM with all the debris picked up and all the surrounding areas completely cleaned up as well. The project manager followed up the following week through his dedicated contractors to install two new glass windows and three outside vents that were completely damaged by the hail storm also. To anyone out there who’s looking for a roofing company, I would strongly recommend Heritage for all of your roofing needs. BUYER BE WARE -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could leave negative stars for this company I would. I am not the kind of person that ever leaves a review for anything but when we cant get anyone to respond to us I am left with no choice. As a matter of fact I dont think Ive ever left a review for any company. They put a roof on my house a couple months ago and now that we are finally getting rain and the roof is leaking we are getting absolutely no where with the warranty. I have significant damage inside the house now and the ceiling will need to be repainted and sheetrock replaced. As an owner of a business and being in insurance myself, accidents happen and claims are a nature of the business. When these incidents happen you can see a lot about the integrity of the company you hired to do the job. What I tell my staff if that claims are inevitable and mistakes are made. We need to be there for the clients to make everything right and stand behind our work.These people have yet to call us back or even make an attempt to make anything right, but instead they keep deferring to the subcontractor that did the inadequate job to begin with. I am still finding roofing nails all over my flower beds and yard (and tires). The shingles they used are high quality but the work itself and follow though is less than desirable. When I get home tonight I will take pictures and repost tomorrow so the public can see the work they did. Cheers!

The lack of supervision of his crew… left my property unsecured and unsafe from potential accidents waiting to happen… Crew manner did not properly address concerns…. Nick has been working with me and my insurance for a couple of months now after I have had quite a few hail and windstorms. He has reassured me several times by coming out and checking my roof between storms and roof repair. He has even made claims to my insurance for me since I work a busy schedule trying to expedite the situation.
