KDS Builders recently installed a new roof on my home after hail damage in a spring storm. I had an excellent experience with them several years ago when they constructed my new patio. Once again they did not disappoint. This company believes in quality, integrity and customer service. They worked with my insurance company to ensure my costs were limited to my deductible. More importantly they are a very professional company. My roof was completed on schedule and the work was true quality. They always keep you informed on each step in the process. Troy and Ian are running a top notch business! They have roofed one of our houses already and gave an inspection on another. We highly recommend them and their work! Troy and his crew at KDS were highly communicative and professional throughout the entire hail-damaged roof replacement process. Tear-off and construction was complete in less than 2 days, cleanup was complete and thorough, and Troy himself rolled up his sleeves and attended to all of the little details. After a hail storm that took out my car and roof, Troy and Ian came to survey the damage.KDS worked with my insurance, replaced the roof, repaired the damaged trim, and then set me up with a gutter guy to replace those as well.While working on the new roof, they located an area where water might pool during hard driving rains, and suggested improvements to the underlayment in that area to prevent future damage. Their crew cleaned up daily so I didn't have to worry about my dogs getting into anything at night.Ian returned a few weeks after the job was completed to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction.Great customer focused service.

I contacted KDS Builders after seeing some of the work they did in my neighborhood after the big SA hail storm. They came out the same day to take a look and give me a bid. Troy and Ian were great to work with. They explained the process and detailed the materials they would use.They were always available to answer my call with any questions/concerns I had. They helped with the home insurance part and got me on their schedule. They said that they would be there in the morning and their crew showed up exactly on time. Their crew was extremely respectful and did great quality work, and did an amazing job of cleaning up once done. I was so happy with their work that I recommended them to my parents, and they used them for their new roof as well. My parents were extremely satisfied with their work too.
