After researching several companies to do repair on patio siding, we decided on M&M Roofing/Siding/Windows. Will Robb, their project manager came to our home and after carefully inspecting what needed to be done, explained what the job would entail and gave us a very reasonable quote. The project would take 5 to 7 days. Armando, the siding installer, and his crew showed up on schedule and completed the job in only three days. They were fast, meticulous, and very professional. Will Robb kept tabs on the project and stayed in touch with us when necessary. Kudos to Will, Armando, and his crew for a job well done. I hired M&M for services on a leaking roof I had for my property in San Antonio.Communication was punctual and the crew came by when they said they would. But when we had our first rain after their work is when the problems started…again.We paid $3k for a job we were told would solve the leak. That turned out not to be the case. In fact, it was nowhere near where the actual leak came from.When the first heavy rain arrived after the job, the leaks continued. I called other services to take a look at the leak. The other vendors process was way more thorough than M&M. The other vendors were surprised that they never even bothered to go into the attic to properly diagnose the issue.After I reached out to the regarding the lack of addressing the issue, my contact told me he was not feeling well and would contact me back. He has not attempted to reach back out.Now I don’t normally like to write bad reviews but, this situation is egregious. I felt as if they didn’t even bother to figure out what was causing the leak and just give me a quote and hope I pay for it.I have since worked with other companies and they have been way more detailed and actually fixed the issue. I would never recommend these folks for any roofing or siding.

Will and his crew had me scheduled within a few days of accepting his quote. The job took a few hours to perform replacement of the decking and adding weathering materials to help protect from potential issues. He provided with photos of his findings and the repairs done before shingles where reinstalled. At my request, Will went above and beyond by doing an immediate inspection of the rest of the roof and informed me of the condition. Here are the before and after pictures. My chimney was damaged by raccoons that invaded that space. The animals had torn off the trimming and siding, so i had a handyman cover it with sheets of metal and trimming until i could get it repaired. I had this for a couple of years until the HOA sent me a letter for the violation. I did get quotes from other businesses and M&M was the best price. They did a good job, they finished it in one day and even repainted it for free. The siding used was the concrete type i think. The HOA also took away the violation as well on the same afternoon that M&M finished the repairs. Thank you!

Amazing company! They are honest, helpful, and reasonably priced. When they came to replace my roof, they were extremely conscientious about cleaning up all the litter from the old roof and themselves, which I greatly appreciated. They were very precise about the repairs, ensuring that the job was done completely and to a very high standard that they set for themselves. They also were also able to replace all the window screens, as authorized by the insurance, through their company. A one-stop shop!! I will definitely be using them again!!! And cannot recommend them enough!

Asked for a roofing inspection on my concrete tile roof. M&M/Will contacted me shortly after. Came out within a couple of days and did a very thorough job inspecting the roof. He had photos of possible future problem areas, how to correct them, and even recommended a follow up schedule. Will was very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all the details of the inspection. Would highly recommend Will and M&M for any roofing needs.

I reached out to M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows as I was in need of having my chimney siding replaced completely. Admittedly I was very intimidated by the prospects of this project as I had never had to have any siding work on my home. I was scheduled to meet with Will Robb who stopped by and provides me with a free estimate. Comforted by Will's professionalism and honest disposition (there is nothing my husband hates more than an obvious and overbearing sales pitch), we decided to move forward with the project. Within a few days, Will reached and shared that they would be available to begin working on our home the following Monday. The crew began work on Monday and ended on Wednesday. The crew was friendly, professional, hard working, and paid great attention to detail. They started work early in the morning and would not leave until sundown. They absolutely did an incredible job and I only wondered why I waited so long. Everything went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that Will kept his promises (if he said he would stop by at a certain time or would contact me later with more information, he always came through). He understood that my husband and I both had busy schedules and was an excellent communicator; additionally, he was always available whenever we had any questions. Ultimately, Will was professional, dependable, friendly with a quirky sense of humor, a great project manager and communicator, and understood our needs as a customer. The chimney looks amazing. The work was impeccable. I am looking forward to continuing to build a professional relationship with M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows as I have a few more projects in mind.

Don't trust this company to do a thorough Leak inspection!!!! You'll just be throwing your money down the drain.I had a leak they came out said I needed new flashing around a pipe jack so they replaced the flashing. I initially thought the problem was fixed. We had a heavy rain storm it leaked again, I spoke with the owner he had somebody come back out and fixed it. It didn't rain all summer so I assumed it was fixed. Next rain storm it's leaking again. I called them they never responded. I ended up having another roofing company come out and remove the pipe jack (because it wasn't necessary) and replace the shingles. The roofer said they used a lot of tar to repair instead of doing it the right way and that tar cracks and water came through.I can't speak for a roof replacement but if they couldn't do a repair correctly I wouldn't trust them to do a replacement.Today they sent out a text offering $50 for referrals + 1% of the sale. Which reminded me to update my review. I would never recommend this company to anyone, I hope this helps.Service: Roof repair

Sales person very professional. Answered all my questions. Offered options for some problem areas. Gave me a quote and we signed the contract in less than a week. Materials ordered and delivered. Crew showed up next day. There was no messing around. That crew worked hard and in harmony. Finished in 1 day. Salesperson came back to make sure we were satisfied. Contract completed. Easy peasy. The price was a little higher than I expected but everything has gone up and after getting other quotes, it was comparable. Overall good experience.

We had to wait almost a calendar year for the order of our siding to come in, because of pandemic. Work was completed, had to come back out to fix a few small issues, never picked up the extra materials . First year, a few panels had been dislodged by wind. Asked for someone to take care of it. Called 6 separate occasions, always being told they would be out that same week. Now problem is worse, there is an entire section currently flapping in wind. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Had hardieboard siding replaced on my two story house. With OSB sheathing and low E wrap it cost about 13,000. The siding work was very well done. The painting was satisfactory. I also had a porch post replaced and metal railing spot welded then repainted. The porch post was not affixed to the ground and the metal railing had to be repainted. Overall I would use this company for siding, windows, or roofing but do any unrelated add ons. When it comes time to replace my windows I’ll get a quote as I know their quality.

I had my roof, siding and windows replaced by M & M. I would like to say I was extremely pleased with the job. Of course it took differ time to replace each section. I always had their contracting representative Chris answer all my questions and we discussed each and every detail. I was very impressed with the outcome. The construction worker Cesar was also very professional with his job. I would like to say thank you for all the hard work and effort that went into my home. It looks like a new home. I had Hardie Stucco siding placed and HD roof shingles in charcoal color and Bronze color windows. Again thank you for a job well done. This starts another accomplishment for this year. William Robb has excellent customer service and helped with things I wasn’t even aware would be part of his practice in tending to my hail claim. He was professional, made sure to have my insurance company include everything that was needed to complete services appropriately in my claim and protect my home for many years to come. I have a GAF roof now with a golden pledge warranty. I didn’t know when I built the home what the quality of the roof was recommended and he helped explain this thoroughly. The install was exactly what it needed to be and he even checked my neighbors and my backyard and front yard to make sure our pets would not be hurt by construction debris from the roof removal. He’s incredibly thoughtful and I appreciate the care and attention to details that he’s taken to finish the work needed.
