This the third job that we have utilized M construction (Oscar) bathroom remodeling, and two roofing jobs. They have been totally professional and conscientious of their work especially Giberto (the roofing contractor) treated this job as though he is working on his own house, no cutting corners etc. He made sure the job was done correctly!! Oscar and the team did a great job on a recent guest bedroom remodel; a bathtub to shower conversion. Throughout the process he and the team were very responsive (probably the most of any GC I've worked with), polite, clearly cared that we were happy with the work, and even finished ahead of schedule. The cost was also very fair compared to several other bids we received. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other projects

Oscar and his crew did a tremendous job in our home and finished in a clean and timely fashion. His task was to remove two load bearing walls and support them with new beams approved by engineers and architects who were involved. He was very communicative with everything going on. He sent us emails with pictures of the progress and called us throughout the course of work to give us updates. While working there, Oscar and his crew cleaned up at the end of everyday since he knew we were still living there while the home was under construction to make it comfortable as possible for my family and I. I emailed Oscar about water damage in my upstairs bathroom, he was quick to respond. He was out a few days later. We had a great conversation, he measured the place. I felt like we had a great understanding of what was needed to be done. He told me he would get back to me the next morning, I said, its thanksgiving, I understand if you don't. He assured me it would be no problem. Friday rolls around, I hadn't heard anything. I emailed him around 10am Friday asking if the write up had been finished. It is now Tuesday night, and I have yet to hear anything.update: Its now Wednesday afternoon, and I have yet to hear anything. I am contacting another contracting company to complete the job.
