Nestled Roofing was very professional. Nick came to the appointment early and was very knowledgeable about the insurance process. It was my 1st claim and I was a little skeptical on which roofing company to hire, but I’m very happy I worked with Just Right Roofing. They worked with my insurance directly and upgraded me to a 30yr roof.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Not knowing anything about roofs or the cost I was afraid at first. I called in Savannah was great she had AMAZING customer service made me feel very cared for asked if i wasn’t having a roof emergency like a leak that needed immediate attention thankfully I did not but that showed Urgency and care I gave her my information and within an hour or so I received a call from Project manager Jose Ortiz he set up a time to come look at my roof the following day. Was on time, introduced himself and then got on my roof(which I’m so glad for my neighbor used a company that only used the little helicopter 👎🏽) Jose came down showed me photos of the damage on my roof and videos. He walked me through the process with my insurance. Came and met with my adjuster, my roof got approved(the adjuster even mentioned to me that the young man knew his stuff and he was impressed compared to other young roofers that he has come across. That alone told me I was in great hands!) Jose brought me shingle samples of colors I could choose from and let me say I really loved this, it was my favorite part I felt as if I was customizing my home!! My roof was just completed and it was an easy comfortable process. I paid only my deductible and got an unbeatable life time warranty. I will be recommending Jose and utilizing him for my rental homes. Thank you Jose!

It started with a roof evaluation with numerous photos showing damaged areas, along with explanations. Followed by a very competitive cost estimate. Nick, their operations manager was excellent, keeping us well unformed. When work commenced, they did the roof in a day. Cleanup was perfect. Yes, five stars for sure.
