What a great roofing experience I have had with Phoenix Exteriors and I really enjoyed working with Jon Burge!!! He was very informative and he did a thorough inspection and found both Hail damage and wind damage. He helped me through the insurance process and ensured all questions I had were answered! He came over to our house so we could pick out the shingles that we wanted. He told us about the current shingles I had which were very good shingles but also told me about the impact resistant shingles. After talking with Jon about the upgraded shingles we decided to do the upgrade for a very reasonable upgrade price. The roofing team arrived at 645am and completed our roof by 5pm same day. We have a very large roof and it was amazing that they were able to complete it by 5pm. The roofing team was very thorough with picking up all the shingles and nails and all items removed from my house. After the roof was replaced Jon came back and did a walk around to ensure there was no damage or any other issues with the installation. There was some damage to 4 of my window screens but they are coming back to replace those screens. I am very satisfied with the entire process and Jon and the entire install team were great!!! When we bought our home a year ago we knew the roof would be one of the first things we would have to replace. Although I was dreading the process, Phoenix Exteriors made it all very easy. Jon Marc was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. He was always available through text, email or phone call. He made the initial roof inspection and created a report for us to send to the insurance. He was also with me the day I filed the claim with the insurance in case there were any questions. Misti was very helpful with scheduling the roof replacement even after I had to cancel the original install date. The actual roof replacement only took one day and they made sure and cleaned up everything before they left. Jon Marc did a walk through with me and we actually found a few nails on the ground (we have mainly rock landscaping). Without hesitation, he decided he would send someone back out with a magnet to check the entire yard again which I appreciated. Overall I am very pleased with the work and service that Jon Marc and everyone at Phoenix Exteriors provided and I would definitely recommend to others.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection

If you need a new roof in Texas, Phoenix Exteriors is a great choice. Jamey is AWESOME!! He is focused, respectful, organized, and always professional. After a hail storm some months back, Jamey worked with me and Travelers Insurance and got the administrative stuff done. He took a personal approach to every detail, and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. I haven't had Phoenix Exteriors replace my roof, however I have had them out to assess any potential damage after a storm. We were told by Dylan that our roof was in good condition & we didn't need repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty; I was sure we'd get stuck with a huge bill! I've relied on Dylan to assess roofs for me several times and I've always felt he is friendly, trustworthy, and professional. If I ever do need my roof fixed, I will call him again for sure! We had Phoenix Exteriors to install a new roof on our house. We suffered damage in a recent hail storm. Micah Coop did an amazing job in helping us with a roof repair on a NEW roof. He was very educated and advised us on the best way to repair it at a cost efficient way.
