If I could give this company a zero review I definitely would! They came out to my 80 year old mother’s house. Tried to charge her $55,000 + for a new roof. After kicking a hole in her ceiling and laughing about it. I would never ever consider using this company. Unless you want to get completely ripped off!

Choosing a company to do windows replacement can be scary! Power Windows gave me the confidence that I would not be disappointed. After having half our windows replaced, we loved the product and installation so much we decided to complete the job. Now that they are all completed, we will be able to enjoy our new windows and screens the way Autumn in Georgia was meant to be enjoyed!.

Our new windows and doors are beautiful and we are very happy with them. We have Pella for all of our windows now and the house feels much cooler and no longer stuffy. The workers did make a mistake with part of our window installation, but the quality assurance manager was there and got it quickly resolved. Some of the best parts about using Power is that you get awesome quality windows for the value and an equally great warranty.

We had new windows installed and we could not be more happy with the results. We had previously spoken with another company that we actually really liked but, due the to cost of those really nice windows, we couldn't move forward. We were excited when we learned that Power had all the things we really liked about the previous windows at a price a little more within our budget. The install crew was kind and thorough. Everything was cleaned and all trash was removed before they left. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and team members start to finish for our 87 window replacement project. Crew was very respectful of our home while providing exceptional service. We liked them. The sales men were awesome. It was a little on the expensive end, but for a roof and gutters it was about right. They are easy to get in contact with, we originally thought they forgot to add the ventilation but were able to show us the smart vents! Now that we know we see them on other houses too. We were able to pass on that knowledge to some of our friends and family too. They did refund us for non-used products. They also sent someone to clean up one more time for the nails! That meant a lot to us with our child and dogs.

Installation was sloppy, ended up going around my house with a caulking gun, and now need to patch drywall corners and try to color match paint inside and outside my house. Wouldn't give them my business again. If your considering them call 2-3 more people and get quotes. Don't give in to their pressure to sign that day for a discount. After reading through the warranties (which we're not readily accessible) through the recommended site, I'm not sure the screen replacement or window replacement which was promised was true. We were told should our cat or dog tear a screen or a kid in our neighborhood break a window that the "lifetime transferable" warranty would cover it. I've read through multiple documents and no where is that covered. STAY AWAY, and don't be fooled like we were.

We didn't realize how bad our old windows were until Power installed our new ones. Our home is much quieter also, a very big change!Install was professional, floors protected and full cleanup done. Highly recommend

I'll give their install crew this: they arrived on time and they were FAST. I don't think I've ever seen anyone demolish existing windows and install new ones that fast.Nice guys all around, from the sales team to the installers. Good communication throughout (especially with the app) and they actually offer to install BEFORE our expected install date.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Overall, I'm glad I went with Power for my new window project, but I do wish the install day had gone more smoothly. I'm still waiting on someone from QC to review the project which was supposed to happen last Monday.Pros: low pressure- I normally don't answer when random people come to my door, but it wound up being a great convo and the scheduling process was easy-The estimate went well and even though I had no idea what to expect cost-wise, I was put at ease and was given the opportunity to break the project into two parts, with the cost guaranteed no matter when I start the second phase- The Power team worked with my HOA and quickly got the project approved which saved me a lot of time and energy- Scheduling the final measurements and install were quick and easy as wellCons: install day turned out to be a bit of a debacle. Initially, the day prior, I was given a 9-11AM arrival time. I told the scheduler I had plans at 6PM. I received a follow up call saying the timeframe was now 11AM-1PM, and I reminded the scheduler I had plans at 6PM.- On install day, the QC person showed up at 1PM to review the job. I had to tell him the install team had yet to show. He was understandably embarrassed by the miscommunication and got me an update- ETA 2PM. Again, I reminded him I had plans at 6PM and asked when QC would be rescheduled and never heard from anyone (now over a week since install)- Install team shows up after 2PM. They were nice and did a great job, but I started to get nervous about being late. There seemed to be no concern about my time, and I asked multiple times what the timeline was and the answer was always "almost done." I would have much preferred a clearer picture (i.e. we still need to caulk, install the screens, etc).- I wound up having to get ready with four strange men in my home. That may sound silly to some, but I wasn't comfortable doing so. I wound up being well over an hour late for my plans which didn't go over well.I'm going to reach out Monday to see if/when I'm getting a QC follow-up.Overall, I'm already seeing a big difference in my ambient temperature. Despite days in the mid to upper 80s, I've only turned on my AC once this past week. Aesthetically they look nice and I'm glad they have an amazing warranty.

RUN! I needed a few windows looked at. Few had broken seals and leaks. The sales person came at 5:30PM and stayed untill after 11PM! He said I needed $150k worth of windows and a radiant barrier on my roof deck ($26k). After I picked myself up off the floor and several hours of him wearing us down we signed up to get 1 window that we knew was leaking and the 2 next to it so it would all look the same. ($8k) the next week called other venders to come over to give me a second opinion. Turns out the window that was leaking just needed a new pain of glass ($450). The radiant barrier was actually not needed at all because I ALREADY HAD IT! It was too late to cancel the contract. (Remember in TX you can cancel within 3 days.) The windows were installed, but in the WRONG COLOR! I guess the guy wrote down the wrong color when I was saying I wanted the same color as all the rest of the house. They refused to replace them because I signed the contract with that color and now I’m stuck with windows that look weird when that was not the goal at all. One star because they were here when they said they were going to be here. They were very good about communication. However, I do think they pray on homeowners that don’t know better. GET A SECOND OPINION and DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING ON THE CONTRACT…even if it is after 11pm and the guy is pushing you to sign today or the price goes up!

I have two "No Soliciting" signs by my door (one on the column and one on the door itself) and when a rep came by and rang my doorbell, I was very polite and told him that we'd already our windows and roof recently replaced so we didn't need their services but to have a good day. I also reminded him twice during our conversation that my door says "No Soliciting." He got mad and said, "We can solicit all we want!" before stomping off. Rude and obviously can't read.

I had 2 windows & a sliding patio door installed. The gentlemen (Kelly & Daniel) were on time, efficient, neat & helpful.I am so thrilled with my windows. Train your sales department to not behave like trained criminals.I was at home, I was caring for my four year old Son, and the doorbell rang. I answered, and it was one of your salesmen who gave me the tired old pitch of "We just did some windows for one of your neighbors, and I saw that you needed new windows and a new roof". I chuckled, and thanked him for the info, and I told him that I just moved to the area and that I needed to go inside to care for my Son. He kept on going, only this time, A LOT creepier. He said "Oh, you just moved? How much money did you make on the sale of your old home?" Then he smiled and nodded and said "I bet you made a lot of money! How much was it?". I was getting very angry, and reminded him that I needed to go inside to care for my Son. Then he started asking "Why did you move to this area?" over and over again, in a very persistent tone. I said "I'm military and they relocated me", and his eyes lit up. I'm sure that when he heard that I was military, he instantly assumed that I would be an easy mark.Here's the thing, I'm not an easy mark. I can smell that type of bull from a mile away, I've heard it all, and nothing that you've trained your salesmen to say will persuade me. I will never use or recommend your service, and if I see any of your salesmen on my property again I'm calling the police.

Plenty of project status up dates. All around I'm happy with work perform by power. They have great warranty system in place for their products which keeps me at ease for down the road. First, we need to recognize the salesman, Mr. George. He was fantastic showing his presentation. He took the time to explain any question we had.The Power House team arrived as scheduled. We met Elisabeth who inspected and confirmed which windows were being done. She quickly prepped the areas to lessen the clean up. The crew, Chris, Elisabeth, and Edwardo, started taking off the old windows, they diligently finished placing the new windows before the end of the day. The crew came back the next day and completed the work outside the new windows! When the work was completed, Elisabeth and Chris inspected the windows thoroughly.My husband and I were so impressed on how beautiful the windows looked.Service: Double pane window installation & replacement
