I had to leave a review for the roofing company! My shingles were old, missing, fallen apart then a nice gentlemen knocked on my door and told me he could help get my roof replaced. He guided me through the entire process and when the day came to install they were quick. Once they finished they cleaned around the entire house. Thank you Frank, for everything you did. The Primary Roofing team was professional throughout the whole process. Received an honest quote for a full roof replacement and had quality discourse and transparency through contract/estimate negotiations. Roof installation team was efficient and communicative. Upon completion, roof looks great and I trust Primary Roofing team to be responsive to my future issues if they were to arise again. I will recommend this company to my family and friends and will continue do so in the future.

After work was completed, found broken vent pipe was installed and an existing old vent pipe was used as well. Lost my trust and confidence with this company.
