This dedication to the best service, product and the work did not disappoint. Although we opted for his "anytime" estimate, Arran was at our house the very same week, and an estimate emailed to us within 48 hours. Not only was the estimate fair, but the materials used were of excellent quality. The work on our 2-story home was beautiful completed, with Arran completing an especially tricky corner himself. We would highly recommend Arran and Repair My Roof 4 Less to anyone who wants top-quality at an extremely fair price!

RMR4L has always been reliable, courteous, reasonable, and trustworthy. I currently reside in Timberwood and am a repeat customer for my home in Timberwood and Stone Oak. Repairs, maintenance, and installation were completed at my Stone Oak home during residence, in preparation for sale, and post-sale. Current repairs are being made on my Timberwood home garage. A contractor was hired to build a custom detached 4-car garage, and unexpectedly left and ghosted me without completing the project and leaving the roof decking exposed. RMR4L has come to save the integrity of the garage roof!! RMR4L was considerate to my situation and presented multiple options that worked for a bruised budget. It took me a while and several quotes to find the roof repair company that I was comfortable going with. May be a good company for work that can be done over a week or 2 out however...Requested a non-urgent (does not have to be today) but timely fix to a leak and it took them a week for just an appointment to look at it but not even fix it. Canceled it and got a passive aggressive response of "...if your current roofer doesn't work out, remember to call them and not us".

This is my first time looking for a roofing company to replace the whole roof due to hail damage. I selected this company based other customers’ review on websites. I emailed RepairMyRoof4Less to get a quote to repair a leaking box vent on my roof that was causing my ceiling to leak. Not only was Arran the first person to call me back out of the 3 companies I reached out to, he also was the first to come inspect the home. Within a total of a few days, he had taken pictures of my roof, walked me through my options and performed the work.I ended up replacing all the vents and installing a ridge vent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Arran goes above and beyond to make sure you are very informed of what's going on with your roof before, during and after. He (the owner) personally comes out does the inspection takes photos of the issues and after the repair/new roof he comes back out and inspects it again and takes more photos to show the work that was done. We will always use him if any issue comes up with our roof. You can tell he cares about his customers.

Arron replaced my roof - a week ago due to hail damage. Arron’s Service was so outstanding I just wanted to comment on it. He met with the insurance company when they came out to inspect the roof and got me a bit more in payment than what the adjuster was initially advising. The day of the roof replacement we had storms come in so they had to secure the roof so it would not leak and of course it did not! I have a large dog and my concern was that the back yard be as cleaned up as possible so that nails and debris were not in the yard for the dog to step on or eat and Arron and his crew made a special effort to accommodate this. I also would like to say that during the quote process that everything that Arron promised he fullfilled in a professional and educational manner and made sure any concerns and questions I had about the process were taken care of. I highly recommend him for any roof replacement or repairs. I upgraded my shingles for a nominal price including replacing the plastic pipes with metal at no additional charge!

Arran brings an incredible amount of intensity to the job. I observed the number of hours he worked and heard the sounds of the job being consistently addressed. If Arran took a break over the many hours of his repair I did not observe it. The portion of our chimney that needed specialized attention he provided a contractor that a USAA adjuster rated the next day as “an incredibly good job.” I am confident that the follow-up work Arran did is of the same caliber. We have rentals in addition to our home, and I thought getting this professional level of work was no longer available. I could not be more impressed.

Arran was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me a call less than a day after filling out online form. He was able to find the cause of my leak, when another roofer couldn't, that roofer blamed it on my HVAC system. HVAC tech came out and said system was fine. Got roof repaired less than a week after submitting online form. There was no leaking from this past weekends storms. Thank You Arran.

I needed the fascia board and roofing deck replaced along the front of my home, approximately 20 feet, a very small project. I sent out emails via Angie's list to four roofing contractors. Arran was the first person to reply to my email and was able to come out that day to look at my roof. I did receive responses from two other contractors, but they were unable to look at my roof for another week. Arran conducted a full inspection of my roof. He told me what was right and what was wrong. He did not try to sell me a whole new roof. He confirmed my personal assessment of the roof and itemized what he would do to fix it. I had an estimate the next day. The fascia boards were replaced on the third day. The roofing board and shingles went on today.The job went very well. Arran explained everything in great detail, provided a quick and fair offer, and did not try to sell me a new roof. The work was done incredibly fast and professionally. In all, the work took maybe three hours . Being a small project, I expected to be put off or delayed. That was not the case. He had supplies at the house early and the workers followed soon thereafter to complete the job. Other than I no longer had ugly rotten wood boards along the front of my house, you could not tell work had been done. The job site was clean with no debris left on the ground or in my flower beds. No plants died during the project either!

Within a few days we had a very reasonable estimate and the work was completed within a couple of days. They took before/after photos so we could provide them to our buyer and also clearly explained what they did.
