I found myself in need of a new roof, and Safepro arrived at my door because they noticed the same thing and wanted to see if they could help. They were very professional and helped guide me from start to finish. The install was as flawless (They connect you to a website that allows you to see the progress to see how the day is going, which was very comforting). It looks so wonderful, and I am looking forward to years of no worries. I definitely recommend to everyone; I am very impressed. A+

We experienced some hail damage to out Texas home but by the looks of the pictures provided...I have a whole new roof!!! The Team in San Antonio Tx were amazing and efficient!! When I read the reviews of SafePro, they were all amazing so I chose them! Hector set up a zoom call with my husband and I to go over all our options and trust me when I say, don’t seek further!! SafePro is the best roofing company I have worked with.They send you live updates as they are working on your roof…Who does that!!! A hail storm came through and damaged my roof. In researching roofing companies SafePro Roofing stood out due to their excellent reviews. I interacted with Hector and occasionally Joseph and Nena. They were great individuals and always friendly and ready to provide answers to my questions. They did a great job of keeping me updated as we moved towards the roof replacement date. Safepro showed up on 3/11/24, the day we scheduled, they took the roof back to the wood. Replaced rotted wood and put in the new roof in one day. Kept me updated with pictures throughout the job. We did a walkthrough afterwards and he made sure to let us know it’s ok to be picky. My screen door was torn due to debris. Hector handled the whole thing ordered a new door and called me the day it was delivered on 4/25/24 to set up installation. He had to chase me to make the appointment which is usually not normal when dealing with contractors. My bill was paid in full after the job was complete in 3/2024 and Hector still made sure everything was taken care of in 4/2024. Hector is doing a standup job in making sure he runs his company with honesty and integrity. You won’t be disappointed if you go with SafePro Roofing. Hector will make sure it!!

I'm not one to do many reviews. But due to my amazing experience with this company I couldn't help it.I spoke with many companies and during my search to find the right contractor, non compared to Aaron and Safepro Roofing. Aaron was the most professional, knowledgeable, respectful individual we spoke with and was not pushy in anyway. He heard my needs and was very detailed in his explanations and how their processes work.The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Hector the owner and all the installers took very good care of my house during the installation. I am extremely pleased and recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof. Hector and the team at Safepro Roofing made this roofing experience SO easy. They were prompt, always on time, worked efficiently and safely. There was an assistant on site to help and answer any questions we had, as well as Hector or Joseph were on site most of the time anyways. The best part was they had a camera above the house that I could check in on the progress, and show me any concerning issues, all day while I was at work, which was great peace of mind. Hector came back personally to do a walk through, inspected their magnetic cleanup (the cleanup was immaculate you can’t even tell we had work done, and they even blew off my sidewalks, and hung my flag back up for us!), and he was on the roof making sure everything looked perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Safepro again! Thanks guys!

Very pleased with Hector and Safepro. Since I first contacted them, Hector was very thorough and able to answer as many questions I had. He was even kind enough to hold the project for a few months due to my work situation.Once I was able to continue with my roof replacement, he worked with me along the process, advised me of the different products they run and gave me a good price and warranty on them. They finished the whole roof replacement in one day as scheduled due to bad weather the following days.Everything has been on point so far and I will keep them for future needs.

Safepro Roofing came out within a few hours of calling them about my roof vent covering that blew off in a strong wind leaving me with a large hole in my roof. Rain was expected that night. They covered the hole temporarily on Monday and by the next clear day, which was Thursday, they returned and replaced 2 complete vents. This company returned calls promptly, kept me informed every day as to when to expect them, and on the day of the repairs they were right on time. They provided me with pictures before and after the repairs.Thank you for a job well done.Joy
