This past weekend, we had our entire roof replaced by Toro Exteriors and we feel so lucky and grateful to have found them!  We contacted them the evening after a storm caused damage to our roof and Phillip was here the very next morning to conduct a walkthrough, provide his assessment, and talked us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance.  As first-time homebuyers, the Toro team made what we’ve heard could be a scary process, an amazing experience.  After the storm, there were exposed beams, and we were anticipating a severe storm with potential ice within another day or two.  Without even asking, Phillip took the time to obtain the temporary tarping and came back to ensure we were covered for the storm (pun intended) though we hadn’t yet received approval from our insurance nor signed a contract.  That act alone, solidified that not only does Toro care about their business, but ultimately the customer and their home, the service they provide, and their reputation.  The entire process from beginning to end took 3 WEEKS!! Mind you this included the initial storm, Toro assessment, insurance assessment (which Toro returned to assist with any questions the insurance may have), insurance approval, supply selection, contract signing, severe storm which lasted a week, and the roof replacement!  Amazing!Thank you again Phillip, Dylan, and team! The communication you provided, the quality of product and service, the cleanliness AND care of our property was TOP NOTCH!  I had shared with my family and friends that being so excited about this process and the ultimate reward of our new roof was a new level of adulting I had never expected!

Toro Roofing repaired my leak near a pipe on my roof. Dylan came out and gave me his professional, honest opinion because I was wanting to replace my almost 15 year roof. He was very professional, on time, and they repaired it within days. The crew were very polite, professional and did a magnificent job. Phillip and Dylan, were outstanding and professional! I recently purchased a property that need more than TLC. It had more damage on the exterior than what was previously revealed. They came in with a great estimate after a walkthrough of the property. Roof repaired from years of hail damage, the rest of the exterior around the property fixed with great attention to detail!I highly recommend them. Told Philip I wasn't interested even after he ignored my 'No Soliciting' sign and knocked on my door, and yet here I am a few days later with his card left on my door. How brazen it must be to think your chase for profits outweighs respecting your community?Why should I trust a company to inspect every square inch of their roof to identify hail damage when they clearly can't find a 3" x 9" 'no soliciting' sign?

FRIENDS & FAMILY!This about ROOFING for your home!If you need roofing done but do not know where to start or who to trust, check out Toro Exteriors! We were at a loss from wind and hail from May and the most difficult and disappointing experience with Allstate! Allstate did an assessment and said it did not qualify for replacement beyond the deductible.Along comes Phillip Cortez from Toro Exteriors, who happened to respond to a cry for help, came in from San Antonio, TX and reviewed our roof. He saw the damages and instantly started advocating for us! He arranged for a secondary review by a 3rd party, who marked 15 damage points on all areas! Long story short, he is the reason we were able to get our roof completely replaced!He went a step further by saying, even if we did not use Toro for the roofing, he freely shared what homeowners need to know on what roofers are doing (cutting corners), how and what they should do AND stood by us the entire process!PLEASE, do yourselves a favor...BEFORE you go to anyone else, give these guys a shout! I can’t sing enough praises about this business. Firstly, the repairman asked if he could park in front of the house. I told him he could park in the driveway. But he explained that his vehicle had a little leak and he didn’t want to damage the pavement. I thought that was not only very kind, it was very professional, as well as considerate. Then, Leo, the a storm damage Specialist took before and after pictures, explained all of the work that had been done, advised that if there are any issues going forward to contact them again, and they will be out here again. And I just really appreciated the professionalism, and the personable, friendly manner that both men had. I would recommend this business to any, and everyone! and I am excited that they are coming back to do an estimate for gutter installation! Kudos to this company in their employees. They are awesome!

My roof and shed was in need of repair due to storm and wind damage. Met with Philip, one of the owners, and he was professional from beginning to end. Made sure that I understood the process thoroughly. Later met Dylan, also owner, and assured me of their background and experience. Any questions and/or concerns I had were answered right away. I was never left out of the process. From reaching out to my insurance and meeting with the roofers to getting it completed took all of about one month. However to get the roof and shed completed from meeting and signing a contract took about 6 days. I would recommend them to to anyone in the neighborhood. They went above and beyond expectations.
