Maybe the rudest telemarketers in San Antonio. I feel like I'm being stalked by them. I have asked repeatedly to be removed nicely but they simply keep pushing their product or hang up on me. I will never use them.

Integrity, honesty, and professionalism. This is what I think of Luis and Hector. Luis came out to give me a bid on my roof. He’s very honest fourth right and explained everything to me about the company and the work that would be done and the cost. I could tell by speaking to Luis that he was being honest with me. By this time I had no less than five previous roofing contractors out to my home. Luis was the only one that was upfront about everything with me and was able to answer my questions and concerns, without trying to cut corners.Your pricing was spot on and I’m totally satisfied with what I’ve received. Hector was honest with me and very knowledgeable about the work that was being done. Upon arrival, Hector introduced himself and was very polite. Hector explained to me about the work that was being and about the material being used and once again asked me if I had any questions or concerns, and once again informed me that if any time during the project there was any questions or concerns to please speak to him and that he would immediately take care of it. Upon Hector’s return to inspect the roof. He once again encouraged me to speak up about any questions or concerns. I had about the job at that time. The only thing that came to mind was that I hadn’t said anything about the crew that had worked on my roof. They were excellent workers they got in here. Got the job done and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you for a job. Well done.

Total Home Roofing is by far the best roofing company I have dealt with in getting pricing for a new roof. Liane Kirkland in the San Antonio office is such a pleasure to communicate with. She is extremely helpful and was quick to connect me with one of the salesmen there. I was able to get a quick appointment to have my roof looked at, and got a price for a new roof that was below another quote I received, and this was all done in 3 days time! Another roofer I contacted took more than a week to get back to me, and then another 4 or 5 days to come to my house. Needless to say, I am going with Total Home Roofing to get a new roof. I obtain a roof estimate due to the hail storm last week. Mann is an awesome individual at his job & informs you exactly how to handle insurance claims. Angi representative, Mr. Thatcher came out and set temporary patches. Once severe weather passed his project manager, Hector Cisneros and team removed severely weather damaged roofing and installed new roof quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The gentleman were friendly and very professional. Extremely grateful the roof was completed within the day, as severe weather was predicted to roll through that evening. Jeremy Tackett was excellent. We had a roof leak recently. I scheduled a free estimate. Jeremy came and provided me some documents about Angi Roofing, then he went to inspect our roof issue. After he finished inspecting, he presented me the estimate. He is very efficient. He noticed our roof ventilation wasn’t good and mentioned they are doing vent sure ridge cap system to improve it.
