Our roof was replaced after one of the big hail storms in San Antonio and roofing companies were very busy during that time. The rep for Vertical Roofing was very thorough in his presentation of their work and even stayed all day to make sure the work was completed correctly. We were very pleased with the roofing job. However, we weren't as pleased with the gutter company used by Vertical to replace the gutters. Found several places where they cut corners and had to call them back once and also repair an area that wasn't draining right because of the installation. Overall very pleased with the actual roofing job by Vertical and the staff we worked with was professional and timely.

Vertical Roofing did a fantastic job on my house in Texas even though I reside in Virginia. Neal Sweeney worked with me via texts, emails, phone calls and snail mail to get things done from the estimate, to the actual work and working with my tenants to keep them happy as well. He was patient as my mortgage company unfortunately delayed the last payment because it fell through the cracks. I would recommend them highly, without reservations.

I had Vertical Roofing replace my roof last year, 2015. They did it in a timely and clean manner finishing the job within the same day.This year due to another hail storm, I called them to check for any damage. Bryan was at my house within the week in spite of all the work he had to do. There was no hail damage and I was thankful for them checking for me and relieved there wasn't any.

Vertical Roofing did an outstanding job on both of my homes! Great communication with Randy Price, repairs went quickly and look awesome. The crews did a thourough cleanup afterwards and swept the entire yards with magnets to make sure no nails were left. First class jobs on both houses. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Everyone on my block had a Vertical Roofing sign in their yard, so I decided to give these guys a try. I was one of the people who had a lot of hail damage. My fence was barely hanging on, I had window damage, Gutters we falling off- I mean it really did a number to my house. We went into this agreement pessimistically- thinking we were a special case. We signed a contract sometime around May and little by little things just started getting done. It took some time, but my house is a little nicer than before we started. And all we had to do was sign. We didn't have to do price comparisons or make appointments with people. Vertical did it all. I have 4 small kids- I didnt have time to manage all that. So, it's done now and I'm happy.

Aaron is punctual, thorough, and dedicated. We loved working with him and Vertical Roofing and will definitely use him again. He took pictures of the roof and went over all the details that we would have missed. I highly recommend this company!

The representative from Vértice Roofing (Devin) did an outstanding job with the cost which was affordable, and his crew did a magnificent job on the roof and cleaning up after each section of the roof was completed. I would recommend Vértice Roofing to other friends and family.

Worked with Daryl Reed from the beginning. He was wonderful at first, making me feel like I had finally found a solid, honest person/company to work with. He made me feel like he cared and even warned me about all the "shady" roofing companies out there. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black...He no-call, no-showed at our first appointment. Days later, when I called him, he apologized, saying he hurt his ankle and had asked someone else to do it.His initial damage report was very generic and was missing an estimate. It wasn't until days later that he sent a 2nd very generic bid with numbers he pulled right off my insurance report. He said there were a few things that the adjuster missed. Said he had to do a second inspection to get exact measurements once I approved him dealing with my insurance company. Told him I wanted to verify what would be covered before signing the contract with him, to which he responded, "Ok I will have it for you." Explained I needed this breakdown because there were a few items we were going to replace/fix ourselves.He called to verify our second appointment. Said he needed me to sign the contract beforehand. I reminded him that I had told him on multiple occasions that I would not sign until I was clear about the scope of work and what the insurance company would supplement. He said that wasn't how they did things but that he would work with me and go by as planned that afternoon. He called me later that day, 20 minutes after he said he'd be there, to tell me that he needed the contract and couldn't go by for the 2nd inspection until I signed it. I drew the line there and voiced my disappointment.Additionally, he failed to provide proof of their workman's comp insurance after several requests.I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, but at the end of the day, was disappointed - disappointed in how he didn't seem to care one bit about me or the business I was trying to give him and disappointed in how he failed me as a customer after telling him upfront I needed him to help me through this process.I have a close friend who had their roof replaced by Brian Aycock with Vertical who also validated my concerns about that company being shady.

My experience was a very good experience at first. The manager was very curtious, and very prompt. Towards the end, it became not so good of an experience between vertices roofing and the cheap insurance company that I had. So, overall, I would recommend vertices roofing to someone else.

We requested a quote for some repair work, the company responded with an available time. The day of we made sure to be available, at which point they called asking to reschedule for later that afternoon and we agreed, now a couple weeks later we're still waiting. Essentially, no complaint other then a waste of time, I could have used my vacation day on a vacation.

OUR ROOF WAS BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED. VERY GOOD JOB ALL AROUND AND THEY DID'NT EVEN LEAVE ANY TRACE OF NAILS OR MATERIAL BEHIND. VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. OUR CONTRACTOR WITH VERTICAL ROOFING WAS STEVEN SCHLICHT WHO WAS AMAZING. I HAD 3 DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS GIVE ME ESTIMATES AND STEVE STOOD OUT ABOVE THE OTHER CONTRACTORS. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND VERTIVAL ROOFING WITH 5 STARS
