When my roof started leaking after the hail storms last year, a friend recommended Your Neighborhoodz to me after using them with excellent results. They did not disappoint! Spencer (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and gave me several options on how to move forward. He took the time to be there with me when the insurance sent out an adjuster to inspect the roof as well. Having him there made my first time dealing with my homeowners insurance a lot less stressful. He was very good at staying in communication with me on timelines and when the day came to put on the new roof, his crew was top notch. They were very considerate of my landscaping and kept the yard neat through the whole process. On top of that the roof came out fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to make him my first call again when I need another roof, and you shouldn't either!

We hired Your Neighborhoodz to do carpentry work to repair rotted wood on our home, paint the entire exterior of our home, replace our entire roof, repair and replace window screens, and also install a brand new back door french door. We were very pleased with the bid we received for the work and our intercations with Spencer and Brandis during the initial set-up. We had numerous workers at our home throughout the process and were very happy with their attention to detail, work, and respect of us and our home. One crew we even liked so we bought them lunch. Our house isn't even the same house anymore. It looks amazing! We could not be more excited about the work we had done and the high quality it is. They do it all! They replaced my neighbors fence--our shared fence, and it is fantastic. These guys know what they're talking about, and they back it up by doing exceptional work. Hire Your Neighborhoodz! Should we ever need additional work on our home they are who we will call.

We used Yournighborhoodz to replace our roof after last year’s hail storm. It took roughly 5 months for the whole process, from the time of contact till the roof was complete. Spencer’s (Owner/Manager) let me know up front that 4 to 5 months would be the time frame we could expect. I had checked with other companies and that seemed to be about normal. Though, I had some roofers promise 6 weeks. One of those same roofers did my neighbors home and it took at least 4 months plus. Spencer also said the material would be delivered about a week ahead of time and asked me if it was OK. That was fine with me. I have used them before for fencing and other jobs in the past and know that they do quality work. I even had a tree fall onto my roof in one of the following wind storms (but before his crews came) and Spencer himself came out on a Sunday and put replacement shingles on my roof where some branches had done some damage. We plan to use YNH again when the time comes that we need work done on our home.

Your Neighborhoodz did very good work that was completed in a timely manner. Constant communication from Spencer Hamilton made the process easier than I anticipated. Your Neighborhoodz did fencing, siding, roofing and cosmetic work on my house in a very short time period. They helped with my insurance company and were able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend hiring Your Neighborhoodz for any construction needs.

HORRIBLE! They came out and gave me an estimate. Promised me a service within 2 weeks. Did not follow up after 3 weeks did not call or schedule anything. They wanted me to wait another 2-3 weeks for service after not showing up as promised. They had a contractor call me to schedule an availability and he was RUDE AND hung up on me because I didn't answer fast enough! After I told the manager what happend they blamed me for being on edge when I was extremely calm and patient, and I was disrespected because I was concerned with them not showing up. I gave them the opportunity to come out and do the job and move on from the horrible service from before, they committed to doing a job for me and they chose not to. They admitted they dropped the ball in the follow up and so there for I have to deal with my leak getting worse with the rain coming.Very unprofessional they allow the contractors to be rude and disrespect there customers. They promise work and dont show up.They also won't work to fix there mistakes. My roof repair was less than 2000.00 and because it didn't cost as much a new roof over 5000 my lower cost job was not worth good customer service.I suggest looking for other companies. There are LOTS of dependable roofers in San Antonio. Not this one!! They may have had good review on here for the ones they didn't piss off and disrespect. Also the BBB will have this on file as well!

I had a major wind storm back in march. I called my insurance company and they sent out Your Neighboorhoodz LLC. I was quite impressed with how honest and straight forward the gentleman was with what it would cost me to have my roof repaired. I had the shingles upgraded to withstand 120 mile an hour wind and added gutters. The roofers got the roof done in two day along with the gutters. the whole process took about 6 weeks which I thought wasn't bad considering the day after they finished we had that awful storm blow through north sa. I have not had any trouble with the roof. It looks really nice and the gutters just add something extra to the look. I can't say enough good stuff about this company and the guys that came to fix it. They took all the worry off of me and it was done. I won't go through any other company except for Your Neighboorhoodz.

If I could just write a review and not rate it with any stars I would. We called this company on a Monday to fix a small leak in our roof. Something I estimate wouldn't take longer than 45 minutes. Since I don't have the equipment or courage to scale steep rooftops I had to defer to the professionals. The leak was scheduled to be fixed later that Monday. A job ran over so they would have to come out the next day around 11am.Tuesday 11am came and went. Finally got a phone call from the roofer that was going to do the job saying the job he was at was running long again but they would definitely be here by the late afternoon. The late afternoon came and went. Got another call around 6pm saying that they were still 45 minutes away and wouldn't be able to do the job since it was dark. He rescheduled for Wednesday morning around 7:30 am.Wednesday morning came and went. This time no phone call. I called the main office and left a message and no call back. It is now Thursday morning and I've still heard nothing from the roofer or his office.I'm not saying that you will have the same issues but be prepared to wait. Horrible business practices. Hope the next person has better luck.

If I could give zero I would. I'm guessing these other people are either friends of the owner or employees. Spencer Hamilton is unprofessional and not easy to work with. I will never do business with them again. Please save your money, find a real contractor.
