Honesty and integrity is what they claim but my experience with them couldn't be farther from that. I found out they were sending a crew to start shingling my house just hours before storms were expected. I told them to stop the crew because I only wanted them to start shingling if they could finish before the storms. I asked the receptionist to have the supervisor call me back and they never did. Next attempt to shingle they were supposed to send a crew out on Saturday with specific instructions to finish the roof no later than Sunday before storms rolled in Monday. On Saturday one single worker showed up and shingled about 10% of the roof and nobody showed up at all Sunday. They then continued to shingle over wet felt which voids the shingle manufacturers warranty. The felt was also about 1 month old at this point and was cracking and curling at the edges, but was not replaced. Surprised to see so many good reviews for this company, I have no confidence in my brand new roof nor do I have a valid manufacturers warranty on the shingles. Not acceptable for how much money this cost. I would love to speak to an owner to get an explanation for this.

For 12 years we have called Ty Egbert for minor roofing issues and he has always impressed us with his honesty, ethics and skills. So, we were happy to hire Casa to re-roof our home. Ty and his company/crew were excellent...easy to reach, always followed through and his crew of 8 got it done quickly and with minimal disruption of our lives, and thorough clean up afterwards. Very pleasant professional experience for such a major household repair.

We had Casa Roofing re-roof our home and could not be happier.All the employees of this establishment were courteous, efficient and always showed up when scheduled. The main job was finished in two days with just a few details to wrap up on a partial third day. Working with Ty (one of the co-owners) through this entire process made it stress free for us. Every detail was explained so we always knew what to expect. Our emails and phone calls were always answered or returned promptly. The main roofer, Manuel, is very knowledgeable and works well with his crew. The finished product is what we expected and hoped for and comes with a five year workmanship warranty. If you are in need of a new roof or roof repair, Casa Roofing is a company you should consider.

We had a very easy pleasant experience working with Ty and Casa Roofing. He gave us an honest estimate with options on repairing or replacing our roof. We chose to replair it and when the time comes will definitely use Casa to replace it. It was wonderful knowing they are honest and they did a great job repairing our roof when another roofing company told us it could not be repaired but would have to be replaced. I highly recommend Casa!

Ty went above and beyond in helping us. We had a leak no one could find, and he crawled all over our hot, cramped attic looking for it. Casa was the 3rd company that tried to find it. He even suggested some issues with our plumbing we needed to have looked at. Eventually, we narrowed it down to a few things and Casa fixed a couple issues we had in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the experience.
