Working with Stetson demonstrated his outstanding professional commitment to the whole process of acquiring a new roof. The Walton Roofing Crew took care and worked diligently in removing our old roof materials and placing a new underlayment topped with new shingles. Their hard work was done efficiently and effectively. Indeed, this excellent experience was finalized with our backyard being fully cleared of any roofing debris. They used large ground tarps and then rechecked the entire ground to remove all roof debris, so it was totally cleared. We are thankful to Walton Roofing for an impressively outstanding experience.

I took advantage of Walton Roofing's offer of a free roof inspection. Buzzards sometimes gather on my roof if there is a deer carcass nearby, killed by traffic. I wanted to be sure they and their leavings weren't damaging anything. Edgar arrived at the appointed time, was friendly, and got to work inspecting the roof. After about 30 minutes he was finished. He showed me the photos he had taken as proof that there was no damage. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me any services that were not needed. Noticed signs of water in my attic. Stetson from Walton roofing came out and ran his drone over our roof and inspected inside our attic. He was able to determine our roof was in good condition, the water was a one time issue related to an exceptionally windy storm and did not try to sell repairs that weren’t needed. This is the roofing company to call!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stetson and Casey came by to inspect the roof at my father’s house as there was hail damage and the roof was leaking. Wow!!!! They were incredibly professional and super kind to us answering our very basic questions. So patient. I was impressed. My traditional Chinese dad is not easy to please and he really was happy with them! 🤯 😁They showed us pictures of the roof and explained what areas were damaged. The evolution of damage was also discussed. They explained to us the next steps to help get the roof fixed including what todo with the insurance company. I appreciated this as I was clueless.Stetson even went above and beyond by cleaning part of our gutters that was causing the roof leak!!! I'm a new and first time homeowner, I noticed some sagging one afternoon after work. I called Walton the next day after simply searching "the best roof repair estimates in san antonio" and thank goodness i did. I was pretty worked up and anxious over what this could potentially mean, either in damages, and the damage that could be done to the person in the room in that location. When i called Walton i was first greeted by the customer rep Nikko, who was calm and collected. He immediately got to work finding me someone who could assist on short notice. I said i could have someone meet an available technician and he re-assured me they would work with my work schedule so i could be present for the estimate. i have NEVER seen a company do this before so KUDOS! After this he set me up with a Professional named Stetson with a guaranteed time after work. In less than an hour Stetson had reached out to me to detail what he would do and get some more information on the situation. As i was panicked thinking about costs and damages, Stetson kept me assured of what was taking place, what would take place, and how we'd go about it together. as a first time homeowner i can say that for as long as i live in san antonio, Walton roofing, Stetson, and Nikko will always be my go to for any situation. I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, professionalism, courteous demeaner and respectful attitudes in the face of a desperate homeowner. Stetson came out today to give me a quote for damage to my roof. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and empathatic to my situation. He explained clearly what was wrong with my roof and advised me of all of my options. Even though I am looking at quotes from various roofing companies, Stetson took the time to quick patch my roof to avoid any water damge at no cost. For “All Things Roofing,” Walton Roofing is the one to call! We have a standing seam metal roof, 7 years old and recently requested an inspection of our roof. Mr. Edgar Bautista, Roof Technician, was on-time, professional, personable and very thorough with his inspection. The inspection found that there were no problems or issues to be concerned with at this time.
