Great place to work with. My new roof and gutters look great. John Henry was amazing to work with. I had a lot of problems with my insurance adjuster and inspector. He handled it all for me. All I had to do was file the claim and he handled everything else. John made the whole process easy and stress free on me. I wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I own my home and a rent house in Denison TX and, like everyone else, my roofs were beat to a pulp by the hailstorm back in early 2023. I wasn’t worried about it one bit though because I had John Henry with Lankford Roofing already saved in my phone’s contacts. John is the friendliest, most honest and most knowledgeable guy that anyone could ever hope to meet in life, much less in the roofing business. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up the yard before they left and hauled it all away. The workers were professional, courteous and got the job done. They did a great job and my house looks so much better. They matched the vents to the gutter trim color. I had both a roof and the gutters replaced. I'm so glad to no longer have a leaky roof. Their prices are reasonable.

John Henry and Jesus's crew were absolutely fantastic!! John came out and gave an estimate to us and sat with me to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Jesus, was able to communicate with me and let me know what’s going on the entire way through, and they kept everything nice and clean. They even stacked my old metal roof for me in a nice and neat stack where I asked them to since we wanted to keep the old metal. They made sure to run around with a magnet to get all nails and screws and they got it all done in an amazing amount of time! I’d definitely recommend using them and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!!

I was so nervous about the reputation of the typical roofing company, but you can put your mind at ease if you go with Langford.Before the roof repair we had multiple leaks and 3 different times he came out the same day to tarp it (the same day I called !). He was very honest and upfront about all roofing issues. John understood our situation, and treated us kind and favorably. John was a great guy with lots of integrity, a hard to find quality this day and age. He was true to his word and his estimate was gracious and fair! We could not say enough good about John! Thank you John for all you did for us! Soon after Ernesto and his guys/crew came out and started working on our roof. Unfortunately, I may be a very atypical homeowner. I honestly never gave a second thought to my roof, it was just up there, doing its job. Until one day, it just wasn’t.After asking some of my neighbors about their recommendation for a roofing company, I settled on Lankford Roofing. Contacted the office and got a very timely response from Joe Hall. After a cursory inspection on my roof, it was determined it needed a full replacement. Filed a claim with my insurance company and Joe worked directly with the field agent and spent a good portion of his Saturday making the case that my roof was unrepairable.The following Monday, everything was ordered and Wednesday morning Joe and his crew arrived at my home. The entire roof replacement took a little over three hours and by the way…there wasn’t a single nail or roof debris to be located in my yard or driveway afterward. They were absolutely meticulous.It was an absolute pleasure to work through this process with Joe and Lankford Roofing. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest to a fault about my roof condition and his crew did a superb job. I couldn’t have made a better decision on who to use for this project.My roof looks fantastic and it’s taken one thing off my list…its officially back up there. We just had a new roof put on our house at Preston Cove. Of course, we went with Lankford Roofing as they provide quality work with a fair price, which we witnessed first hand on another home they roofed for us in 2021. After a quick phone call, John Henry came out, reviewed what needed to be done, and provided us with an estimate. Within a matter of minutes, contracts were signed and we were scheduled. On the scheduled date, the crew arrived went right to work and completed everything including excellent clean-up in a matter of a few hours. John Henry took the time to ensure we were happy with the finished product and expressed his gratitude for our business. It's no wonder Lankford Roofing has been in business since 1937.
