I used Premiere Roofing for a new roof after a wind storm and then a subsequent hail storm. Ackman came out to inspect initially and helped me for 3 MONTHS to fight insurance for a new roof. After about 6 or 7 visits to my house for inspections and insurance adjustments, we FINALLY got the new roof. Without Ackman's guidance and positive attitude, I would not have fought insurance, despite the obvious and extensive damage to our roof, and not gotten a new roof. Once we received word insurance would pay for it, Ackman acted quickly and within 4 days I had a new roof and gutters on my house. His team was quick, professional, and cleaned thoroughly. Ackman was very responsive, always on time, and always had a smile on his face. Premier Roofing:Are experts at what they do, the crew arrived around 7:00am and set right to work. They completed the job around 11:00am They were very courteous, professional, understanding and informative of each phase of the work that they were doing.After the repairs where completed they cleaned up and even checked for loose nails and metal in the yard and driveway, making sure that our car would not hit a random nail.Mateo the head roofer and his crew are professionals they took all safety protocols and made sure that we where satisfied with the work that was done.The price that I was given is the price they kept, and the color matching of the roofing shingles looks like the original shingles that where replaced.I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and quality that they have performed on this 100 year old home.Ackman Aragones our new roofing consultant has shown to be extremely pleasant to work with, he did not try to double talk or tack on unnecessary items in the repair that was needed.In this day, many people who call themselves professionals, it is really hard to find someone who truly is. I called the service for a leak in my roof they said they would have someone out the next day. Wrong it was 2 days. They then said they would have someone out to make the repairs. The worker finally came and made a repair. The quality of the workmanship was not what I would expect from a company with the rating they showed. The radiant barrier wasn't installed at all the the cut out for the vent looked as if it had been cut free hand with an axe. The vent wasn't secured and had about two inches of excess room surrounding it. When I called they said the didn't put the radiant barrier in because they were having difficulty finding the material. They never discussed this with me prior to the repair. They finally had someone out to correct the missing radiant barrier. I checked it out and it looked like they had done what I expected the first time. It rained that night and I decided because of the issues I had, I should check for leaks and sure enough there was a leak that was as bad if not worse that the original leak. I called and left a message. I received a text the next day indicated the manager would be in the area and would come take a look. He never showed up. The next day the original worker came out and I showed him where the leak was and he made the repairs. It hasn't leaked as yet since that time. However, again the manager said he would again be in the area and would pick up payment and provide the invoice. Never showed up. The project manager called a few days later asking if he had come by. I advised that he had not. He said he would come by and pickup the check. He came by I gave him the check it has been cashed. And I still haven't received my invoice. I would not recommend anyone use this service.Service: Roof repair

These guys are absolutely amazing. Within one day of contacting Cody, he was out here to put down a tarp over the damaged shingles and to seal my vents so that I wouldn't have any more damage with the coming rain. Five days later my roof has been replaced and it looks amazing! They arrived on time at 7am this morning, and 6 hrs later were finished. Premiere Roofing recently replaced my roof. I can't overstate how happy I am with the results as well as the process to get there. Ackman, my Roofing Consultant, walked me through the process, step-by-step, and interacted directly with my insurance company on certain items, which simplified things for me. They adhered to their schedule. They cleaned up extremely well when they were done - I have encountered very minimal debris from the demolition of my prior roof that escaped their diligent cleanup effort. The quality of installation of the new roof is very high. It is beautiful! Their commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the best I've ever experienced. I have reached out to them two times after the new roof was installed with follow-up questions and concerns. In both cases they responded with multiple people in less than two hours to address the situation. Note that neither was a quality issue with the roof itself. The first was an issue with the pergola that partially rests on the roof and the second was a question about a ridge vent that was installed that turned out to be a non-issue.I am a strong do-it-yourselfer on most home improvement projects. Replacing my roof is beyond my abilities and risk tolerance, but I was very involved in the process, asking questions, specifying my requirements, and overseeing the work being done. At no time did Premiere Roofing take offense or push back on my involvement. They treated me like one of the team and that enabled me to help ensure my satisfaction with the end result.I highly recommend Premiere Roofing for all roofing needs.Service: Roof installation

If you need roof repair or a new roof these are the folks you need to hire. Brytton was the the guy who guided us through the process, very responsive and was at our house during the installation of our new roof. We have dealt with a lot of different contractors in the past and Premiere is on a whole different level. Our house is 3000 square feet plus a 2 1/2 car garage and they knocked it out out in just over a day and we went with an upgraded shingle that takes a bit longer to install. Cleaned up after they was done just like they was never there. Their team was on top of it: providing timely estimates, working with our insurance on any adjustments to the original estimate, and ultimately doing a great job getting the extensive repairs completed.They and their crew made it a smooth and easy process and we were very satisfied with the quality of their work.
