In a few words, superb, outstanding, stellar!! Clint, Susan, Clint Jr. and the crew were phenomenal!! Clint gave us a quick, fair and accurate estimate, as well as, gave us input into the color patterns that would work best for our home. He was thorough, professional, and brought documentation to support his Better Business Bureau standing and all pertinent information regarding the product he installs. The information furnished gave pointers on how not to get stumped by other companies who may not be as above board. That was very much appreciated. We got a sense by the end of his visit that he was a man of his word with great integrity. It’s refreshing to say we were not wrong!!! Not only that, but he sent his son the next day who brought samples and he climbed up on our roof so we could have an actual visual of the difference in color of roofing materials so we could make the best choice. Clint delivered as promised, the crew was as I said phenomenal! They were through, fast, meticulous, and we could not be happier with the finished product! Let’s talk about personal service! Anderson Roofing sets the bar VERY high.This is a local shop that has been around for decades, and will stay around thanks to their dedication to customer service, excellent communication, high quality workmanship, attention to detail, and reasonable pricing.Clint (the company owner with almost 40 years of experience), personally walked my entire roof with me during the diagnostic visit, pointing out every single issue he noticed. It was immediately obvious that this man could be teaching in a roofing school. His seasoned eye caught every single thing that was incorrectly installed, had deteriorated over time, used subpar material, etc.He then created a bespoke pricing model for my roof based on aerial imagery measurements, and helped me understand the “how” and the “why” of each repair recommendation.The week leading up to our official repair day was nothing but non-stop torrential rain. Clint and his team actually came out BEFORE the official repair day to apply leak guards and patches over the damaged zones to be repaired, so my wife and I could have total peace of mind that no leaks would happen before they could get a chance to do the official repair job. Amazing customer service!As part of the repair process, Clint took before and after pictures of each zone, and utilized techniques that made the repaired zones blend seamlessly with the original shingling. I’m going to start by saying that we thought about asking this company for a quote for our roof but after seeing their driver do this to our sidewalk grass we changed our mind and the sad part about it was that the guy in charge was standing there just looking at the driver getting all over our grass THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE DAMAGE THAT THE DRIVER MADE TO OUR SIDEWALK GRASS.I hope you guys understand that you can go out there to the job site and do this kind of damage to peoples grass very unprofessional!!!!!

Anderson Roofing and Restoration was premier. I had 6 roofers at my home to discuss the roofing process and I had 5 to return for follow up. I quickly learned that one is not comparing apples to apples, each roofer touting why they were ideal. The roofers assured installation of top GAF products and neighbors declared that is what they received. Now that mine is installed, it is clear that the neighbors did not get what they thought. The quote from Anderson Roofing and Restoration was not the lowest or the highest, but I chose them because Clint, the owner of the company, was clear and up front with explanations as well as having years of experience. He listened to what I wanted and at the same time explained why something would or would not work rather than catering to me. He truly did use the particular GAF products as promised, not shortchanging me in quality. He installed hip and ridge vent shingles with specified nails and screws that not only meet the GAF wind rating but make the roof a showcase – not another boring roof. And he did so at a fair price. He went above and beyond: installing metal screen beneath passive dome vent to prevent pest invasion, using nails and screws specialized for installation of particular products, replacing stacks and boots that help prevent damage from pests, laying rubberized underlayment not only in valleys but at the base of chimney and stacks, replacing the mushroom dyer vent with a safer product to avoid lint build up, made minor repairs with no charge, etc. In other words, he didn’t just say he was going to do so, he did it. Most significant was Clint, his son, and the roofing crew. Everyone was respectful of each other and worked as a team. The roofers did not rush so that one might worry about mistakes, and at the same time, they were efficient and thorough. Clint and his son were on sight the entire day – impressive! And they were on the roof themselves, replacing particular parts, confirming accurate installation, and supporting the roofers. I remained outside with them most of the day and while many would be threatened by the owner’s presence, Clint and his son welcomed me and were patient with my questions and requests. Because of Anderson Roofing and Restoration’s GAF MasterElite certification, I received the Gold Pledge 25-year workmanship warranty. I spent three months researching roofing companies and products and I picked the best. When I sent photos to family and friends, I got this – “Wow! I contacted Anderson Roofing after reading their excellent reviews from my neighborhood Facebook group, and they did not disappoint. I’m selling my home, and the buyer’s inspection report showed some minor damage. To fix the damage, I contacted Anderson Roofing. Susan was prompt and helpful. We got the roof looked at that day, and I got an quote a few days later. Granted the damage was minor, but they got it fixed about a week after first contact, and it looks great. Anderson Roofing and Restoration did a full replacement of our roof in December 2021 following wind damage. They were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout our dealings with them. Clint came to our house and examined our roof, sat with me and reviewed all the products that they use (all high-quality GAF products) and provided a detailed estimate of the costs for the full roof replacement. One of the things that impressed me was that the first thing he showed me (and provided to me) was a copy of the company's Certificate of Liability Insurance. We discussed his proposal and prices in detail, and he made sure that all of our questions were addressed. The roof was replaced over a two-day period, and the quality of the job was excellent. Clint and Eric were here during the roofing job and addressed any issues or questions that we had. They did a great job with cleanup, being sure to check for any nails that may have fallen around the house. The new roof looks great, and it was truly a pleasure to deal with Clint and Susan throughout the process. Best roofing experience I've ever had. This roof has had 3 different roofs put on it in the last 25 years. Hands down, Clint did the best job out of the 4 times roof has been done. Him and his son are awesome! They took off all the lead pipes and replaced with up to date pipes and within code. Clint installed solar attic fans that has made a big difference. Anderson was one of three roofing companies we had inspect our 14-year-old roof after hail damage. Clint impressed us the most with his professionalism, and we particularly appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary upgrades. He did replace our existing vent fans with one solar fan and added a vent in our garage roofline, both of which are making a world of difference in evacuating the Texas heat from the house. Clint and his son Eric were easy to work with: responsive, prompt, and easygoing. They had a large crew on site for the installation so the job was complete by sundown, unlike some of our neighbors who have had roofers working well into the late evening. Clint also worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster and explained the claims process to us as clearly as the adjuster did. I recently had my roof replaced by Anderson Roofing and Restoration. The owners, Clint and Susan, are two of the most professional and honest individuals I have ever met in the construction industry. I initially met them trying to file a hail claim on my roof which was denied, twice. Clint was upfront with me that it was probably 50/50 both times. After the second denial I decided to go cash since the roof was so old and had leaks around all the vents.The Andersons were very punctual. Every meeting was on time and if Clint was running even a minute late he would call and let me know. The attention to detail was amazing but not surprising as Clint is a GAF Master Elite Roofer. The man knows his stuff and really cares about his customers. He could have pushed my job back a week and made more money with the recent price increases in materials but he made sure to get me in ahead of those and saved me about $1900.The quality of the work was great. I have a beautiful charcoal colored roof that looks great! It really is eye opening the difference between quality materials and installation versus builder grade stuff. Clint and his crew also identified where I should have had ridge venting but the builder just sealed it all up so I have had terrible ventilation since the home was built. He corrected the shoddy work and I have noticed a difference the few times I have been in the attic recently. A moisture issue we were having in our bathroom also seems to have gone away since there is airflow above now. Also the cleanup was outstanding! They went over every square inch around the house multiple times. Clint's son Eric (a fantastic young man by the way!) stayed until the crew was gone after dark and checked the driveway, all the cracks and out into the street. I recommend everyone to let Anderson Roofing and Restoration handle all of your roofing needs. I called and scheduled an inspection and repair (Susan is super nice and polite in handling everything over phone). They came out and inspected the wear and tear items on the roof that needed to be tuned up along with replacing and fixing the area around the vent pipe on the roof above the hot water heater (as it was having some leaking issues) the following day in no time at all.Their prices beat everyone else’s and they even worked with me on the exact costs to be able to pay them. Best of all they explained (and took pictures before and after) of what needed to be done and only fixed the issues that needed to be fixed. We had quotes from other companies that were trying to do way too much, and charge way more than what actually needed to be charged. There’s nothing better than having an honest, family owned business take care of you and seeing a Father and Son do it is awesome too!
