Just had my roof replaced with Hellenic roofing and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend! Very professional, got everything done in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Tony did an awesome job of sitting down with me and explaining the entire process. He also was a huge help when it came to having to deal with my insurance company. They were not wanting to pay for a roof replacement after I had gotten storm damage, but he stuck with it and was able to eventually convince them to do a full roof replacement. Our experience was better than excellent, it was superb. Colton took the time to sit down with me and explain step by step what to do. Our situation was unique as the insurance company was going through bankruptcy and the new insurance holder would not insurer until the roof was fixed. Colton took the time to work with me to meet the requirements so that my family didn’t go without insurance coverage. He provided the best professional customer service I have ever received. Superior Customer Service!!! I have used Hellenic twice for just repairs. My first experience: I had a bay window that was leaking around my back door for years. They stopped it. The second Experience: I had a vent pipe that was leaking, it was repaired.Both times I dealt with Coltyn Woodard. I am giving the company 5 stars for it's superior customer service. When I called for the vent pipe repair it was right before the Christmas holiday's Coltyn came out assessed what needed to be done. Put a tarp on the area so that is would not leak too much until it was repaired. He sent me quote (which was very reasonable) but we decided to wait until after the holidays to get it repaired. Unfortunately we had a couple of nasty little storms blow through which one blew the tarp off and it was banging all night. The next morning I called Hellenic it may have been the Saturday before Christmas Eve and I think the owner came out to fix it himself. Second storm came through in January. Called Coltyn. He was out of the country on vacation. But he responded to me arranged for someone to come and repair the vent pipe. He answered every email and text I sent. What roofing company or any company gives that kind of attention to customers these days?!!! Hellenic does!!! This company is good at what they do and their pricing is reasonable. I contacted Hellenic Roofing to come out and take a look at a leaking sky-lite over a rear patio. Coltyn Woodard came out a day or so later to discuss my needs. While on the roof surveying the sky-lite issue he noticed a larger problem. My roof was less than 5 years old and he felt I had defective shingles installed. Coltyn got the ball rolling on a claim against a major shingle manufacturer on my behalf. As you can imagine it took 6 months of back and forth via snail mail no less to finally get the manufacturer to agree to a replacement roof. Hellenic has some great people working for them. Coltyn, Danielle and the lead roofer Miguel were awesome to work with. All of them were professional and very responsive. Danielle had made a suggestion to use a charcoal colored shingle which we had never considered. Turned out to be spot on. Friends and family have commented on how good the the house looks now. We hired Hellenic to do our roof replacement, which was damaged in a hail storm. Danielle Garner came out to our house and thoroughly explained the entire process to us, helped us file the claim with our insurance, and set the expectations on cost and timing. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough.Everything went smoothly with our insurance claim. Danielle met the insurance adjuster at our house on a Sunday and was on the roof with him pointing out all the areas of damage. Once we received our claim payment, she scheduled her crews quickly. The materials were delivered one afternoon and the crew was here early the next morning to start tearing off the old roof and installing the new. They did an excellent job of protecting the plants around the house and were extremely thorough in their cleanup after the job was finished. It was all done in one day.Danielle's communication during the entire process was excellent. She promptly returned calls and texts and answered all of the questions we had along the way. Stacy was great to work with. He went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and fighting our cause that we had hail damage. His team did a great job on our roof which looks awesome. In addition while getting a new roof we decided this was the perfect time to see about adding a covered patio to our house. Stacy coordinated everything for us and we now have a beautiful covered patio, his team worked tirelessly to complete this and it looks beautiful. They did the concrete work, electrical work, and beautiful wood stain underneath. We even asked Stacy about new gutters and he was able to coordinate that for us a well. This was a project with many different teams and moving parts, and Stacy remained our single point of contact so everything went smoothly. And the price for all of this was very reasonably, less than we expected for sure.

That took so much frustration away from us with her help dealing directly with them. We had a tree fall on our double wide mobile home. So we got a whole new roof. She was very hands on and we wanted green shingles like we had before. Boy she looked all over they were out of stock. BUT SHE FOUND them, our green shingles. Outstanding performance on a full replacement of my shingled roof. I was impressed from the first visit Chris and I had regarding my replacement. Chris was very thorough in explaining materials, methods and personnel involved in the process. I talked with two other roofing contractors and neither came close in professionalism, explanations of work and roof warranty/guaranty. The entire process was completed in one day as I told. The crew was very thorough and conscientious. The worksite was kept clean and left as it was upon arrival. My new roof looks outstanding and much better than other recent replacements in my neighborhood. My overall experience with Hellenic was very positive. I have a house in the Woodlands and in April of 2021 my roof was damaged by a hail storm. Hellenic repaired the roof in December of 2021 and in summary my experience was as follows:1. Promptly returned my callsa. I called four roofing companies and two never returned my call and although the other returned my call, they were just not very helpful2. Timely communicationa. Initial roof walk: Sebastian walked the roof the day I called, which I think was an extremely fast response.b. WhatsApp: I moved abroad (Saudi Arabia) for work and the time difference made it a bit tough for prompt communication. Sebastian, who was the estimator and my main contact, installed WhatsApp on his phone, which eliminated the need for phone calls and was much more efficient in answering my questions, etc.c. Videos: Sebastian sent videos of the house from day one. The first was when he initially walked the roof, then during and after construction. He also has a drone that he flew over the house once construction was finished to show me the entire finished roof.3. Overall assistance with the processa. Insurance Company: Sebastian and his team handled the back and forth with my insurance company (which included the paperwork and meeting the insurance adjuster to walk the roof).This was helpful as it was just one less thing I had to deal with and made the process easier.b. Tenant: As I am living abroad, I am currently renting my house out. Sebastian reached out directly to my tenant to schedule the construction date. Again this was very helpful as it was just one less thing I had to deal with from 3,000 miles away.4.Hopefully I don’t need to get a new roof any time soon, but if I do I would definitely use Hellenic again.
