Great service. First thing I was so impressed with. Actually showed up on time. Detailed what needed to be done. It has been awhile since I was so pleased with a contractor of any business. There are few reliable companies today. I thought the quote was reasonable. There is absolutely not a negative thing I could say. JSI still believes in customer service. So rare today. I don’t think you could find another roofing company of this quality.

We've used JSI Roofing twice. Both times we were happy with the quality of service, communication and price. This last time JSI replaced our whole roof. The time before that (a different house) they said a new roof was not necessary and a repair of the one section would be all we needed. We were happy to find an honest company who wasn't pressuring us to buy an entire new roof. I would recommend JSI Roofing without hesitation.

Good experience. My roof has a hole, it's discovered by neighbor, probably was bitten by small animals. HOA notified me. On first contact they gave the quote, since Monday rain is coming, they sent roof worker to patch the hole on same day of calling. Later after Monday they sent workers to repair my roof before my 2nd call. The price is higher than I expected, but I appreciate their quick response and kind understanding to help me avoid further damage.

I just used James Taft Young and JSI Roofing to clean my gutters. Yesterday James sent me a reasonable and fair quote and today they were cleaned. His employee, Antonio was very polite, professional and he did a great job. I realize that this was not a big job but it’s nice to see a company that takes small jobs as serious as big jobs. I would highly recommend JSI Roofing.

We were very impressed with JSI Roofing. James and Jim were prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate. They started work within a few days. The roofers completed the job in three days, from start to finish. They removed all debris around the yard daily. James and/or Jim stopped by and supervised daily and answered any concerns. James retuned calls and texts quickly. We could not have been happier with their professionalism and their presence until the job was done to our satisfaction. JSI is the BEST!Years ago JSI did a new roof for my family home, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. They educated us on different materials and gave us an unbelievably fabulous quote. We chose one of their suggestions and they got our beautiful new roof up in no time! JSI works FAST! Almost a decade later the roof is as beautiful as it was the day it was put on.My roof started letting water in and they were able to address the issues extremely quickly and for an amazingly good price. The roof is on the older side and they were happy to extend its life instead of pushing for an early replacement. A business with integrity is a real find, and JSI is honest AND does excellent work!I'm a JSI customer for life!(You should be, too!)

James came to visit me and inspect my roof. He brought his Dad to explain options while James did the inspection. They provided a very competitive bid. I chose him not only for the price but more the first quality materials and the completeness of his bid. He struck me as someone I could trust. My experience bore this out. His crew was on time, they worked hard, installed the roof with everything we agreed to. They completed on time and cleaned up after themselves very well. My house is a smaller single story home. They started and completed in one day. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new roof. We noticed a leak in our roof during the last storm. Called JSI roofing the following morning and they had someone out to assess the damage that same day. We were able to schedule the leak repair the following afternoon. The technician did a great job with the repair! Love that he took pictures throughout the process! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with JSI. They answered all of our questions and concerns. We requested 8 different quotes and we went with JSI because they not only had a great price but they also did not try to tell us to go through our insurance. Multiple roofing companies wanted us to go through our insurance but we did not want to do that. JSI honored our decision and completed the work in one day. They even came back when we had a concern. They came and checked without giving us the run around. Will definitely recommend JSI to friends and family.

I am enjoying my roof and it looks great. Unfortunately, the rain played a factor when they were installing. When I notified James, he acted immediately to stop the leaks. He had his crew to come back and patch and repaint the brown spots in my ceiling. James is honest and will ensure that things are taken care of. JSI Roofing is the best!! After much research and several consults my boyfriend decided the best choice for my roof replacement was with JSI Roofing! My boyfriend is a chemical engineer and not happy unless a job is done top notch! JSI Roofing lived up to that high expectation so much so that a couple years after my roof was replaced, he needed a roof replacement on his home. Without hesitation he got JSI Roofing to do his roof, too!. So, we are two happy customers of JSI Roofing!

James at JSI provided the most detailed quote and upfront information of all the roofers I contacted. His crew arrived early but had some issues completing the job properly on an extremely hot summer day. He and his crew chief followed up next day to remediate the issues and now the roof looks great.

I had 4 companies give me bids. Two came out with gaudy trucks, 2-man sales teams, and 3 ring binders. Their estimates were outrageous; more than $10,000 more then I ended up eventually paying. J&S and the 4th company came out and simply inspected and gave me the estimate. No high pressure, just simply explained the job, materials, and the cost. J&S came across as very trustworthy and I liked the fact they were just up the road on Louetta if I ever had any problems. J&S had the best price and that was even before the owner explained to me that GAF (shingle manufacturer) offered a $500 rebate for military veterans. That made a great deal even better. J&S came out within two days and the roof was completely replaced within 8-10 hours. They did an excellent job and excellent cleanup. I didn't even find any nails in the yard. Two weeks after I submitted my proof of purchase, GAF sent me a check for $500.00. I would heartily recommend J&S for anyone needing roof replacement or repairs. I believe you are always better off with a local business who has lived and worked in the area for years.

JSI Roofing put the roof on my house 5 years ago which is very high quality and has held up well. We had an issue a year ago where there was roofing damage from animals (presumably a raccoon) where they were out promptly to make the repairs needed. James has always been very responsive to questions.

If you’ve ever had to replace your roof you need to call this company! They saved us 1000’s of dollars! I had no idea, but a lot of time the insurance companies we have don’t understand Texas law and this company DOES! He was able to get more money that was rightfully owed to us to help build our family’s dream home gym! He speaks directly to the insurance company so that it’s not the homeowners burden! (And if you’ve ever had to speak to an insurance agent it’s like buying a new car while speaking another language) Our family was blessed to stumble across James and his family! I called JSI Roofing when I found some shingles in my yard. They came over that day and checked it out. The shingles was fromsomeone else home. JSI had his painter/carpenter come repair my chimney. The Hardy Plank trim had fallen off after 18 years. They did a great job, cleaned their mess and repainted the trim. This was not an easy job as it was too high for your typical homeowner.I am very satisfied.
