Lack of professionalism and customer service when servicing a covered warranty call. I've called multiple times to have them repair a leak in the roof they installed, and repair the damaged drywall. They didn't show up for multiple days that were scheduled. I was told to share picture of damage drywall and it would get scheduled, but still here we are a month later without repairs and now they are not responding to my calls/message. As a licensed realtor I've worked with many roofing companies, but I do not recommend this company.

Call Klein roofing if you need timely roof repair and high-quality customer service! We needed immediate roof repair after losing shingles and called two different companies in Spring, TX for quotes. Both came the same day to take pictures, yet Klein roofing offered excellent timely customer service. Antonio completed a more thorough inspection and followed up quickly with a repair plan and reasonable quote. Repair completed quickly. The other company called a week later with a plan, and still no $quote. It's been 3 weeks and I am sure they have forgotten about us haha.

I called Klein Roofing regarding a leak that I had in my roof, they immediately came out and took care of the situation. Cheri was great help she took my and scheduled the representative at that time and followed up to make sure the that they were not late or missed the appointment. Klein did an excellent job. Diego follows through promptly making sure the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. Any issues were corrected right away. Please be aware of cheap roofers out there, Klein has the best materials. Office personal are also on top of the entire job. I would highly recommend them! 5 stars are well deserved, if I could put 10 I would!

My house was just wrecked after the hurricane. My drywall was damaged, My roof and my gutters. Not really knowing what to do I called several contractors until I met Rob with Klein Roofing he had plenty of references.. They had built several others in our neighborhood, so I chose to go with them. I'm very glad I did. They were very professional and completely restored my home. I'm back to living in my house now that it's all fixed. Hopefully I don't need to do this again anytime soon but I would choose Klein Roofing to do it if I had to. Thank you guys for everything. We were hesitant at first because you always hear horror stories about roofing companies and the ederly but Hunter came in and worked with us and put our minds at ease by being patient and explaining the process. He and his team were so nice and helped us with every question. When they were done they cleaned up all their stuff and didn't leave anything behind. Great company! I had so many issues with my roof so I decided I needed a new one. I’ve been all over town calling different companies. And Klein roofing was by far the best! You can usually tell when they show up if they are legit and they were so professional I was worried they were going to over charge me but the price was also best in town! I called into Klein to request information about upgrading my roof. The initial call I spoke with Consuelo she was very professional and after I explained what I needed she put me in touch with the salesman Eric which specializes in what I needed. They have a team like none Ive ever seen. The crew very respectful and kept the house clean with a very cool netting system they use. And my roof looks amazing, I will recommend to all my neighbors.

I reached out to Klein Roofing in early May for a quote on a new roof and the next day Dylan White came out to inspect my roof whereas other companies did Google map to give me a quote. Dylan was the project manager for our roof installation and he was always responsive whenever I had questions about timeline, picking out shingle colors, and whether an inspection will be performed on the roof once completed. Klein Roofing does do a County inspection after the job if anyone was wondering. The cost was reasonable and once the shingles were delivered the roof was finished in 2 days. Dylan was very personable and I cannot say enough positive things about the overall experience.Service: Roof installation

We rent a home in need of a new roof. The owner prefers patchjobs to professional jobs, so we scheduled with Klein Roofing for an inspection. The company was responsive, courteous and thorough. They came out as scheduled and spent time afterward answering questions to ensure we had all the information we needed for the owner.
