Amazing customer service for any industry. They gladly bailed me out of bind when we needed a roll off container within hours. The driver who delivered the container was friendly and super helpful! I will be using them for all my disposal needs moving forward!

Our trash is usually emptied every wensday lately not been emptied what’s going on . Live in Big Spring Tx on W . Leatherwood Rd . Plz let me know what the problem is . Do I need to go with a different service ? Or a bigger trash can ?

They are always one time and have online payment service. I have been using M&M over a year now. The only thing I would request is Recycling service available, convenient as well. I use to recycle with my old company in FL and 70% of my trash was recyclable.

Not emptying trash and still getting charged. Horrible customer service the lady is so very rude. She also said that she would call me back..week and a half later and later nothing. i use this company for a couple of years and i never have a problem with them till this past 2 weeks for some reason my trash was not getting pick up so i decided to call the company and see whats the problem and the lady from the office just say it was pick up but its not true, so i request if they can pick up a soon as possible but the lady just act rude an say back to me you have to wait, so i decide to cancel the unit and hire someone else
