I recently had a new roof installed and dealt with Larry. While this is something no one wants to have to deal with, Larry made the process extremely easy. He was professional, punctual, efficient, and an absolute pleasure. Even though my roof was past its time, I don’t know that the insurance adjuster would have approved a replacement but for him. The crew who did the work were also polite and efficient. They were done in one day. In a time when incompetency rules the day, this entire experience was amazingly refreshing and greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CEN-TEX ROOFING‼️

I have had several roofs installed in my years of home ownership, but the job Cen-Tex roof systems did was absolutely the best of all. They did a great job on my house installing an asphalt roof and also a metal roof on my barn after hail damaged both. The salesman Tyler Pavelka was there to not only sale the roofs but assist from start to finish. 5 stars + for him and all the men who made it work.

We called on Tuesday to get a quote. We were told we had to wait till the next day for someone to come out & look at the roof which is understandable. First thing was we got a call from Benny that same Tuesday & he said he would come out the next day, fine. He called Wednesday & said he’d come out Thursday which is fine. He called again today, which is Thursday & he was asking if he could go by today & we told him yes, we let him know that we had a few shingles that flew off & we’re just trying to get a quote. He said we have to call the office back & give them our insurance information & they’ll work with the insurance. He was asking how much our deductible was, if we already received a check, if there was an adjuster out here. At the end of the call he said he doesn’t have to come out & give us a quote because he has to work with our insurance. We’ve already gotten quotes from different roofing companies & nobody else has made it this complicated, all we wanted was a quote.

I made contact with a salesman, Stedson Childress and he promptly scheduled an appointment with me to discuss their company and what warranties they give as well as they deal directly with the insurance company. We chose to go with Cen-Tex Roofing Systems based on what the company will do for their customer and the warranties they provide for the roof and workmanship. In addition. A 30 year abstract roof was put on at no additional cost to me or the insurance company. That is a great addition to why we chose this roofing expert.They even installed old roofing parts with new and the roof was completed in a day. Stedson Childress was the greatest to work with. Any questions I had he answered promptly, even on the weekend or after his hours. He over saw his crew and asked if I had any complaints or concerns about the job they were doing. Even after the job was done he wanted us to contact him if there was something we were not happy with. We are TOTALLY satisfied with Cen-Tex Roofing. their work crew, Stedson Childress and the job they ALL did. Oh yeah. They even drove from Waco, Texas to Killeen, Tx. That is a drive in itself and added expenses for this company. In summary, in case you didn't get it, if you need a roofing job done that is done timely and perfectly, you owe it to yourself to get the best, CEN-TEX roofing systems. Well, to begin, the work was good, it's the end result that to this day still has me upset. Once everything was said and done, and all the money has been payed by the insurance company for the hail damage claim, the company tried its best to gouge another $3000 dollars from us and the insurance company for O and P, which we didn't have to pay, end result we had to pay the taxes, which didn't add up to $3000 dollars. CONSUMER BEWARE do your research and shop around.

I live in Austin and my roof was DESTROYED by the recent hail storm. I accidentally gave my adjuster the wrong name of the company who was helping me.. the name I gave was Cen-Tex.John at Cen-Tex, despite not even servicing the Austin area, spoke with my adjuster and tried to help figure out the problem. He spent time and called me directly to help me figure out what was going on.We figured out what happened, but John could have easily said "not my problem" and moved on. Instead he spent time making sure I was going to be taken care of even though it literally had to be with someone else.If you are in the Waco area, go with Cen-Tex no question. Above and beyond customer service!

My elderly mother used them for a small repair that was needed. Repair was completed in time frame promised. Price was competitive for the market. A competitor came by and tried to sell her a new roof shortly after. Center didn't mention she needed a new roof so we contacted CenTex roof repair again for a second opinion and they were honest and stated she had a few more years left on her existing roof. I've used Cen-Tex Roofing for the last several years patching our roof after storm damage, and last year we replaced the flat roof over our carport, and several months ago we replaced our entire house roof. After the hail storm yesterday (egg-sized hail), I contacted John Ivy, and he quickly responded, and came by shortly after to check our roof for any damage. Luckily, our roof held up. Great quality!!
