Just had Clark roofing out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. No major damage, but a couple of vents needed to be re-sealed. They did this minor repair and did not charge for the inspection and repair. Great customer service. I’ve had 2 roofs put on my house and Clark Roofing was by far the best. Starting first with Joseph who inspected my roof and found storm damage. He then walked me through all the insurance claim process and got it all started. Then he gave me a start date and the Roofers arrived on time and completed my roof in one day. They cleaned everything up and even did some extra work on my chimney that was not included. Crew were extremely courteous and professional. I contacted Waldo with Clark Roofing after trying numerous roofing companies and contractors to fix a roof leak. He was the only one who followed up with me to ensure the repairs were completed and done correctly prior to sending me an invoice. The other companies did not call to confirm the repairs corrected the problem and only wanted to know when they could expect payment. One company came out twice when the the repairs did not correct the problem and invoiced me twice; leaving me with a leaking roof. My mom started the process to repair of our damaged roofs and I am so thankful she called Clark Roofing.Waldo came out immediately and provided us with confirmation that we needed to call insurance for our roofs after a hail and windstorm. He provided pictures for our insurance companies which helped speed the claim process up.I am very picky about professional customer service and Waldo provided what I would say is the gold standard of service. The crews Clark roofing sent out did an amazing job on both homes in one day and Waldo was gracious answering post repair problem questions and potential issues.The price for replacement of an entire roof was spot on, Waldo even looked over our insurance claims and worked with my mom's insurance company when he noted they didn't account for some costs.I cannot say enough good things about this company and their rep waldo. From the initial communication until the completion of all the work, Waldo was simply amazing to work with. He offered us advice on the roof color and gutters. Thanks to Waldo we realized the fascia and soffit needed to be painted after the gutters were removed. Waldo was patient and worked with us to allow time to have that work done before installing the new gutters. Clark roofing did a fantastic job replacing our storm damaged roof. The crew made sure to protect all landscaping, walkways etc from debris and old nails. They had they old roof off, the new roof installed, and the area cleaned up before 4 pm. Clark roofing replaced the roof of a home we purchased before we moved in. We have lived here almost a year, and noticed some of the fascia was rotted in an area.
