Poor communication. Don't expect any returned call backs or email responses whatsoever from Ken after he's got his money. Part of a professional transaction is payment upon completion of work (which I did); and receipt for payment (still nothing from Ken) despite reaching out multiple times. You will need your receipt to benefit from insurance premium deductions for a new roof installation. So right now, my insurance won't honor these deductions, because I don't have proof that the roof was replaced. The only proof I have is Ken cashed the check. Maybe this review will give him an opportunity to make this right.

Kenneth is super easy to work and accommodating. He gave me the best bid out of 4 bids and followed thru with everything he said he would do. Definitely give him and his crew a chance if you need your roof done. He will not disappoint.Service: Roof installation

Andrew showed up to make an assessment of our roof and had very encouraging results and a multitude of promises about what they would do and how they would do it. Number one he promised excellent service and instructed us to call the insurance co. to have an adjuster make an appt. Of course we did all that and informed him of that date. He assured us that he and Ken would show up early to walk the adjuster through the job. When the insurance adjuster arrived, they were a No Show and never returned any calls. Thanks for nothing A1!

Great company! Very professional from the start, working with the roofing inspection, and continued until the last item was completed. They told us what would be done and they totally followed through. Could not be more pleased with the quality of every thing they did to put a new superior roof on our house.

Ken and A1 did our roof years ago. Never kept the warranties call back or responded, never sent information about impact proof to my insurance! Its being 5 years!!! Dont trust him!
