Advantage did an excellent job for us! Huge crew showed up and tore the old roof off, fixed some damaged areas, put the new roof on, and cleaned everything in one day. I would like to commend Advantage on their company strategy, commitments, staff and contractors. I highly recommend Richard if you are needing roofing services!! A neighbor recommended me to him after a hail storm came through our neighborhood and destroyed my roof less than a month before my insurance coverage expired. I contacted Richard on a Friday afternoon and he was out to my house to do an inspection less than 24hrs later, on a Saturday. He worked with my insurance throughout the entire process and made everything so easy for my first time filing a home claim. He was readily available throughout, and kept me updated at each step. He had a team come out that was very professional, quick and did a great job. My roof was finished in 6hrs, just 2 days after receiving insurance approval. All around awesome experience and service, will be recommending Richard to anyone I know that needs the service!

I couldn't be happier, I had a slight issue with my vent on the roof and I saw his great reviews. So I contacted Phil and he was very responsive and professional, he came out the next day and fixed it at no charge. We started talking and it turns out he did a friend of mines roof, which came out awesome. Small world! Phil also took the time out to examine my roof and gave me great suggestions. Wasn't pushy at all. So glad for the reviews. I highly recommend him as well.

I had the pleasure in having my new roof installed by Advantage Roofing on or about November 2021. My rep name was Danny M. he was such a pleasure to work with.Danny and Advantage Roofing as a whole was such a pleasure to work with. This is a very honest committed company. I told Danny, that I am straightforward and that I work off honest. I said if you think you're going to take my money and run off like some of the clients I saw on television that dog will not hunt.I told Danny I will only give you 10% down as a payment. Danny, placed my hands in his hands and said ma'am I am a man of integrity and honestly. He said we want you as life time customer, he said I will not accept one brown penny from you until your roof, gutters and window screens are replaced.We shook hands and I said to Danny, a man's word is his bond. Danny agreed with me.The next morning as I was preparing to go to work for a few hours the roofers were on my roof at work.Danny, has the best team hands down! His worker was professional but funny. When I arrived home the worker's had already completed the tasks and was in my back yard dancing so I joined in the celebration because these guy truly did an excellent job.Shortly after the celebration Danny arrived you just have to see Danny dancing, I could not stop laughing.An addition to this Danny, personally donated and asked his friends to donate to Wreath Across America.I mentioned to Danny,that I had lost my brother whom served 29 years in the United States Marine Corps,SGT. When Danny told me that every fallen Dallas police officers had received a wreath as well as every hero in Arlington Cemetery, my heart melt.I forgot to mention that it was 3 months later that Danny returned to pick up the check. I said Danny, what happened? Why didn't you return for the money? Had a roof replacement by Advantage Roofing in 2016 - Phil & Phillip did a great job of communication and were very professional. The crew was prompt and completed in the timeframe specified. There was 1 small repair issue after replacement was completed but they came back out and took care of it immediately. Recently, I had Advantage back out for a few minor repairs (due to hail damage from 2017) - I would not use anyone else. They are the best and I would highly recommend!!

Our roof was old when we bought the house and we knew it would ihad to be replace at some point. Seven years of drought put this project on the back burner. In 2018 we decided to replace the roof. After searching for a reputable roofing company we zoomed on Advantage Roofing Company. We were not disappointed. Chris and Philip were very helpful and professional. The most honest people you can find, nowadays. Their crew did a marvelous job. Everything went smoothly including after-job cleanup. I would, highly, recommend this company for your next roofing project.

We had a wonderful expertise with Chris Harlow and his crew. My roof was done in a day and Chris was a pleasure to work with. Once we got paid from the insurance the roof went on before the week was out and there was constant communication through out our experience. I highly recommend. We had some minor roof repairs that required immediate attention. Advantage came out, quoted a fair price and finished the job in 3 hours. Pros: Very good communication from beginning to end. Phil was personable, communicated plans well, used Facetime to talk and sent pictures of the repair as they removed the old and installed the new. I liked the level of attention, even to a job that was quite a bit smaller than their normal contracts.Cons: Re-scheduled twice which was somewhat frustrating. Phil did take time to come by and install a temp repair on the roof until the crew could complete the job.I'd use Advantage again for future jobs. At the time of this post, the repair is performing well.

Phil was wonderful to work with! He was instrumental with the insurance settlement, utilizing a Great PA to assist me. The large working crews were perfect, on time and clearly experienced. They were efficient, cleaned the site every day and when the job was over the property was spotless and clean. New decking, felt, shingles's, skylights, flashing, waterproof valley's, ridgeline venting. All perfect. Phil came back twice after the job to review the site and confirm my satisfaction. We love this company. We loved them when they fixed our roof after a 2015 hail storm but we move them more now as they old to their word and to their work. We got after hours calls and help tonight which was unexpected. We had some basic warranty work and repairs that needed attention and they were right on it. Overall the roof has held up very well and we have been happy with it. Huge shout out to Phil and his team and the lady that talked to me tonight after hours as well. I fully expected to just leave a message.
