Very poor quality! Owner doesn’t care about how the customer feels about the quality of work done because I pointed them out and he told me not to look up then I wouldn’t see them. Asked about quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. After the 3rd time I asked about that he got aggravated and said to me “I can be picky about your brick”. He told me everyone has their own definition of quality. Proof is in the pictures. The edge of the shingles cut crooked, jagged, and the metal put under the dormers looks like pieces they found in the bed of their truck. Told him corners were held on with caulk and didn’t believe me until I sent him pictures. Now the part fixed but the shingles won’t ever be. Then there’s the clear corrugated fiberglass for my pergola….that’s another story. I’m done with them….I do not recommend them!

This company has been horrible from the start. They were the contractor for our trim out on our home. They hardly answer the phone, the person who does acts like she doesn’t know what she is doing. They sent out one person to work on our house. He works 3 hours and then is done. We were told maximum 4 weeks to get it finished and the man who came out laughed and said “6-8 months”. It has already been 4 weeks and hardly anything has been done. Very unprofessional,I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful customer service, great communication, with several updates. Worked hard to get my vehicle back to me as fast as they could. The hail damage on my Jeep was extreme and they made my Jeep look brand new again. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you again!!

one of my coworkers got a door ding on her brand new car. she was heartbroken. i reach out to G.O.A.T. they assured me it could be fixed no problem. i set an appointment and in no time. With the recent record rain fall, my roof started leak. The roofing company I usually use was booked for another week and a half, but a neighbor recommended G.O.A.T. roofing. They were able to see me on my time(I work weird hours), they were very punctual, as I had a small time window. Oliver, the roofing contractor they sent was great to work with. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to me. Communication between the insurance company and G.O.A.T. was seamless and everything got taken care of in a timely manner. I had fought with a well-known insurance company many times over with them always coming back with damage that did not qualify for replacement and always right at deductible cost. G.O.A.T Roofing went above and beyond to get my roof done professionally. Not only did they do an excellent job on my roof, but they were able to get the insurance to pay for my roof and fence when other roofing companies were not able to even get the roof replaced. G.O.A.T Roofing is also a very trustworthy company. I have a very large low pitched decking roof that had regular shingles on it and G.O.A.T Roofing could have simply just replaced with the same shingles (maximizing their profits) but made a point to do what the roof deck properly needed and upgraded the deck roofing. This company tried to convince me that my 10 year old roof shingles (25 year guarantee) needed repair and subsequently a new roof. Shady business dealings, felt incredibly sketchy, and was very pushy. I’m thankful I did NOT go through with them.
