It always bothers me when no employees acknowledge a customer entering. I understand that I was initially in for a small purchase this time though I handle tons of volume that usually will come from this location. Though I was pleased they had some amounts of what I needed, I needed much more. It appeared that the employees need some training on basic customer service as small transactions lead to much larger purchases. I felt that I was more of an inconvenience for the employee to pay for my small transaction. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to execute the large PO I might have performed if the smallest appreciation was given during my visit.

From the very start I can tell that they just don't care for customers. I stuck it out just hoping I was going to have a better outcome. That did not happen, I have placed my order with them never got any type of confirmation code, tracking numbers nothing. I called like 3 times a week to ask whats up with my order and making sure I got something sent to me saying it actually went through the system. My card was never charged for my order I was lied to about when my product was going to arrive. Its two weeks later and still sitting here with arms empty. I totally understand things happen and orders get delayed its very disrespectful not to call and let me know where my product is. I have to do it with my clients, it is no different when it comes to your customers...... I have had to get on and write bad reviews left and right it feels like lately it's sad that companies are lacking customer service and respect for customers.

(in the past) Now the service has changed since the past reviewed done on this location, Im treated as a customer, not a worker picking up materials for my company, everyone is equal no matter what position, or title one has, God looks at us as one, so should we too. I had to put a star or there would not be one, We have been customers over 20 years and have now let ABC for good on 3 separate deliveries they brought bad shingles, we caught it yesterday again and found the shingles had a date of 07-06-2015 the shingles are covered in mold and are damaged all over. They had to bring new shingles to the home and while they are at the homeowners house decide to get rude to the homeowner, they also have a problem with delivery instructions and cannot place the order were the instructions Plainly instructed and on the purchase order..... CHECK YOUR ORDERS AND BEWARE.

It was this driver that was delivering materials to the customer. He was in the middle of the road and wouldn't let me by. I drive a school bus. How u think I got by. He was mad. If I would have went around him I would have been the one hit his truck and got in trouble. But thanks ABC TRUCK DRIVER for thinking of others
