I highly recommend Alpha Elite Roofing. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I was helping my aunt who is elderly find a roofing company that was reliable and reasonable. I am so grateful we found Alpha Elite Roofing and had Brandi assigned to the job! My aunt is selling her house and needed roofing repairs as well as other repairs done. Brandi went above and beyond all of our expectations. She had a crew out immediately to take care of all of the repairs at a very affordable price. Her dedication to her customers and extremely hard work ethic did not go unnoticed. She will also be your best advocate dealing with your insurance company. My aunt's roof looks great, and she was so happy about the roof repair because she could not tell a difference with the new shingles. Brandi was determined to make sure the new shingles matched the old ones, since they no longer made her original shingle. Just another example of her attention to detail and broad knowledge of the roofing industry. Thank you to Brandi for being so patient and kind to my aunt. I know some businesses take advantage of elderly people, but Brandi did everything to make this undertaking a positive experience for everyone involved. This is a top notch crew! Kevin and his crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and did an absolutely amazing job on my new roof. From the moment Kevin came out for the estimate through the completion of the job, I knew I was in good hands. The bid was fair, everything was explained in advance, all my questions were answered, and there were no surprises. These guys kept an orderly, clean jobsite, were very respectful of our property, and even went above and beyond to sort out a couple of minor additional issues we had. They were quick, professional, and so very nice. I can't imagine having anyone else do our roof for us. Luis came by my house and he was very respectful and professional. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood how everything would go. No matter when I called he always made time for me. The roofers showed up at 6 am and was finished by 3 pm. They did a great job. Over-all it was a great experience. For me to write a recommendation/review, I have to be overwhelmingly satisfied with the job and that is the reason for this post. We had several leaks in our roof so I received bids from three companies, one of which was Alpha Elite Roofing. We did not choose Alpha Elite Roofing based purely on pricing but rather on the entire package (presentation, professionalism, other reviews). Not only is the company first class, Travis Jordan, our Project Manager, is what sealed my decision. During my consideration of using them, I asked Travis to have the owner of the company, Andrew, call me. About an hour or so later, Andrew called and he too was a delight to speak with. The day the work was to begin, Travis was at my house at 6:30am to greet the roofing crew and stayed all day to ensure the job was going well. He returned on day two to do the same. I would go outside to check the progress and often found Travis picking up roofing material, inspecting the work, and helping where he could. I can't say enough great things about Travis and how delightful he was to work with. Not only did we gain a relationship with Alpha Elite Roofing, we gained a friendship in the industry. Travis, Andrew, and Alpha Elite Roofing, you all are amazing and I would be honored to be reference for you all anytime. To top it off, many of Alpha Elite Roofing employees are former military and for that we are grateful. Albert Hernandez helped us out from start to finish! Everything went smoothly and excellent. Alpha Elite Roofing was the third company we received a quote from, and Albert's expertise and positive can do attitude combined with excellent pricing, won us over!We had significant roof damage from Hurricane Harvey and needed a full roof replacement. The crew completed the job quickly and did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. The roof is absolutely beautiful and we are very impressed and satisfied with their work. Aaron Self went out of his way to make the process of getting a new roof pleasurable. I loved that he was so thorough in explaining the entire job from start to finish. He was successful in getting the insurance to cover the cost for my new roof. The insurance adjuster even complimented Aaron on how well he pre-marked the damages that were on my roof as well. Alpha Elite Roofing came out to give us an estimate on our townhome roof repair.We tried 8 times over the course of 5 weeks to have someone call us back and get on the schedule to actually perform the repair. We were told each time that someone would call us back later in the day, and the calls were never returned. Pretty disappointed as they were recommended highly by a friend.They were professional, operated the drone safely, and the estimate was reasonable, hence 2 stars. Wish we could have gotten them to come out.

Aaron came by my house today and did a inspection on my roof COMPLETELY free. It only took him about 20 minutes but he inspected the whole roof. He told me he didn’t find any damage but explained how the process of getting a new roof works and gave me his card and was very respectful and great at answering my questions. Although I don’t need a new roof right now I look forward to working with him and alpha elite roofing in the future when it’s time for me to get my roof replaced! I will be referring them to my family and friends.

Aldo Caballero made the whole process with the insurance as easy and streamlined as possible. He took care of everything from beginning to end, got my damaged roof replaced, my interior damages paid for and he went above and beyond to explain the installation process, how they were going to do things, timelines and he explained what every part of my roof was and the function it has. I appreciated that because now I know all the things I need to know about my roof going forward.The crew was REALLY good, really hard working guys and very attentive to every detail that Aldo pointed out to take care of to make sure everything was done correctly. These guys made sure everything was clean and all the debris was taken away.The only reason I didn’t give 5/5 stars is because there was another guy who came in a branded truck, never introduced himself, walked around my house without communicating with me, got on my roof and he never spoke a word to me. He stayed most of the time inside the truck and took off and came back several times during the day and just stayed inside the vehicle. David Bryant from Alpha Elite Roofing was excellent. The process from start to finish just took a little over a month and was painless. David is a very personable and just an overall great guy. He definitely knows his business and takes his time explaining every little detail. He takes care of everythI got for you. The first day I met David, he took pictures of my roof, showed me the damage and called my insurance company the same day. He got the process rolling and within 2 days, I received a call from my insurance company stating that my claim was approved. Albert Hernandez with Alpha Elite Roofing was my contact from the beginning to the end. Always able to get in touch with and a pleasure to deal with. Never pushy and not full of fluff like some of the competitors that come knocking on your door.He gave me all the info I needed to get my claim started and answered all of my million questions. Once the rain stopped, I received a start date and boom. That was it.I left home that morning with an old roof and arrived later that evening with a new roof. And they cleaned up all the mess that generally goes with roof construction.Now I can finally sleep good knowing I no longer have to be concerned with any roof leaks. And it looks awesome.

I normally do not write reviews but the service I received from Alpha Elite Roofing compelled me to write this review. I contacted their company on June 18 about a leak in my roof. The consultant Travis showed up at my place on 06/24/2020 an hour late at 11am. When he arrived, he looked at the leak and took pictures and tried to contact the roofers and sent them pictures. He said he could not get a hold of anybody and they were supposed to be on the way. He sat on my couch trying to reach people for ten minutes and then told me they would be here in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later no one showed up and he proceeds to give me a quote. I agreed to the price and he said they would come by in the afternoon to fix the roof. He called me at 1:45pm and 3:30pm asking me if they showed up and I said no. Being fed up with the lack of communication I told him to forget about it and that I would find someone else. After I cancelled the service his Boss Andrew calls me apologizing saying they will be here in the morning. This company has huge lack of communication that seems be going on throughout the entire business. Being that it was raining I had urgency to fix this roof. These are not the people you should trust with one of your biggest investment please be aware of this when considering this company…buyer beware!!!

My friend referred me to work with this company I have an old roof and wanted to get the price of a new one. I contacted Aaron and he came over to my property and did a inspection. He then explained to me the different options we have and also the different upgrades that would benefit my house and pricing. He was very nice and respectful he then went over the pricing for each option and gave me a very reasonable price. He answered every question I had and was very good at explaining.I look forward to getting a new roof here in a couple of months.
