Jess and his crew did an amazing job. I can’t say enough about these guys from the beginning to the end took a couple days. From the removal of the old shingles to the delivery of the new shingles to the installation of the new shingles perfect. The house is about 3000 square-foot.

Amazing customer service!!! have to share my experience start to finish. The Alpha Roofing team gives your project their undivided attention and make themselves available to answer all your questions. You start with meeting the owner, Jesse, and hearing how important the customer's experience is to them and the quality of their work. He visits the project site and stays in contact with you throughout the whole job. He does follow up calls to ensure vour satisfaction too! During the entire project, David the foreman, is present and overseeing the work. I witnessed him have a worker redo a small area that was not to his standards. He also took the time to teach his worker which really stood out to me. He inspected work as it went and made sure at the end of the day that as much of the debris was collected. You can definitely tell their team is a well oiled machine and everyone knows their job. We never witnessed them stepping over each other and they moved very efficiently. We were also highly impressed with the custom gutters and Mando their resident expert. He came over, made suggestions that I would never have thought of, and listened to my concerns. He gave honest advice if something I was considering may not look good aesthetically.The equipment they used to make them was insane. The final product is an amazing roof and gutters. We highly recommend them and definitely experienced a higher level of customer service. I would go with Alpha Roofing all over again.Oliver B

After waiting weeks for another company to repair my roof from the Valley's rain and wind damage, I came across Alpha Valley Roofing. Their response was immediate, Jesse came out the very same day to take a look and give me an estimate. He checked the rest of the roof to see if anything else might be needing repairs and was able to point out some other damaged areas. His attention to detail was top notch, his team was amazing!! They worked together so well and completed our roofing project in a timely manner, I was amazed at how everything turned out and left my property cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company that replaced our 6000 Sq ft shingled roof. They completed the project in the amount of time they had estimated. There was always someone their supervising and the crew was very attentive in their work. Cleaned the area around my house throughly after they were done. My roof has not been installed yet, but I wanted to say how impressed I am with Jesse Fonseca owner of Alpha Valley Roofing. I asked him to look at my roof, it was replaced one month before I bought my home and the day I moved in I found shingles on my driveway and lawn. Jesse came out and inspected the roof and found that even though it was new roofing materials, the install was completely blotched and improperly installed to the point that it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. Devastated as the inspection passed the roof and why I bought the home, I had no money left for the roof repairs. Jesse worked a deal out with one of his business associates at RGV Solar and now I am getting my roof replaced, solar panels and at a cost I can manage. There are not many people or companies out there like this today and refreshing to have the ability to share this story.

We had roof leaks and hail damage from the last hail storm we had. While we had gone through several roofing companies in getting quotes for roof repair. We called Alpha Valley and had Abraham come see our house and he gave us the best pricing for our roof, showed us different samples of the color of shingles they had for us to choose from. We also decided to add and replace one of our gutters and showed us samples of different color of gutters they have. As we came to a conclusion on the color of shingles and gutters we wanted. He explained to us step by step of what was going to be done. Also, Abraham told us when the crew was coming to get the job started and the crew came that day and very punctual and hardworking. The crew removed the old shingles in one day and the next day came to put on the new shingles and today and they came to put the new gutters. Abraham showed us pictures of the leak on our roof and where they placed new ply wood to replace the old one; showed us the final picture of how it looked with the new shingles. My parents were happy and pleased with the work the crew did and with Abraham outstanding and excellent customer service he provided. We decided to contract them for our doors, windows and decorative stone wall for our home. Keep up the great work Abraham! 👍🏻
