These guys were amazing!! They actually called my insurance company and started the claim process for me! Mark and Angel came out to assist with the initial inspection and then Brandon kept me updated on the whole process. When Angel and the crew came out to actually Replace the roof they had it all done in one day!! They did a fantastic job!! Super easy to work with and really sweet, friendly staff. I would like to express my complete gratitude for CF Roofing. Brandon and Mark are great to work with!I had wind and hail damage from the storms that came through in March 2023. I had shingles on the ground. I contacted Allstate to file a claim for wind and hail damage. They suggested I contact a roofing company, too! My good friend recommended CF Roofing. Brandon walked me through the whole process of what they were going to do!They sent an adjuster to examine my roof and Mark was also there to help with the inspection. They said I definitely had hail and wind damage, but they denied the claim because it only had wind damage stated on the paperwork.With Brandon’s help and several phones calls later, they adjusted the claim and sent it back through. After a couple of weeks, they approved my claim. I am very thankful for Brandon’s determination to see me through this whole process. Within days, the crew worked and finished my roof and garage in one day! The clean up was amazing! I cannot say enough to properly express my satisfaction with working with Brandon and Mark at CF Roofing.I had hail damage and severe wind damage from a storm on January 19, 2023. However, I did not know my roof was leaking until November 2023. As a first time homeowner and first time filing a claim, I did not know what to do or who to call. I was panicking. I asked around and I was referred to CF Roofing by a friend and coworker. Brandon came highly recommended. He was very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Brandon and Mark were attentive, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish.They came out and assessed the roof damage. They were very knowledgeable and knew right away that I had a good claim. I filed the claim with Allstate. Brandon and Mark both sent a clear explanation of what was needed with pictures. Allstate denied my claim not once, not twice, but three times. I’m so thankful that they never gave up. Their persistence and determination to help me was comforting and very much appreciated. Allstate finally approved my claim in March and I am so pleased with the final product from CF Roofing. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with through the entire process.The crew worked quickly and finished the job in a day and the clean up was outstanding. Our roof was in need of extensive repair. CF Roofing came out Wednesday about 7am. The roof was stripped and new decking and shingles installed. Their work was well organized and installers were efficient and worked together well. The supervisor was nice and polite, he explained every thing as work progressed. No time was wasted and work was finished by 6:30pm. The installers cleaned everything, no scrap was left for us to deal with. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof. Thanks Lane, Brandon, Tabitha, and Angel for putting a beautiful, quality roof on my 100 year old home. Your entire team was just amazing! I don't know anything about roofing and I didn't have to. They are experts, and yes, they ran into problems that couldn't be seen on inspection. They just took care of them as they found them. Angel kept me informed on everything and did not bring me the problems, just the solutions as they happened. They were on time and worked until dark, then came back early on the second day to complete the job. Clean up was thorough, and the area was rolled twice for nails and debris pickup. The roofing crew was so polite and accommodated me when I had to let my dogs out and they were careful of the gates which I so appreciated. If you are trying to make a decision on which roofer to use in the area, CF Roofing should be your first and only choice. The high quality of shingles and other materials is obvious and the service isn't just the best, it is AMAZING. Their prices are fair and inline with current market cost. This organization was a God-send. My husband and I are 72 and 64 respectively and living on limited retirement income. We were so anxious about whether or not our insurance would cover replacing our roof. Brandon and Thomas stepped up and dealt with the insurance company 110%. He was also really flexible in scheduling our gutter replacement and installation. This was a blessing bc it took us quite a bit of time to get our act together picking the gutter color, and we also needed to replace some damaged wood as well as paint the trim prior to the gutters being installed. Randall and his team did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. We had them replace the roofs on the main house and two out buildings. They where pretty quick in getting in done. Limited only by supply chain issues, but that was even a short duration. Would recommend them for quality, customer service and value for money spent.

By far the best roofing company I have ever used. Coming from the Pacific Northwest where roof repair and replacements is a common service needed. We had bought a house in Longview where the roof was in bad shape. We were buying the house from Washington and needed the roof replacement done as soon as we closed on the house. So, I could start the interior remodel. In my 27 years of construction experience I have had to work with a lot of roofing companies, but Brandon and his team at CF Roofing set themselves apart. From the beginning Brandon walked me thru the process of what needed to be done to our roof. His crew was extremely professional, doing a clean, high-quality job. With our roof being in such bad shape when his crew came across rot and other issues. Instead of brushing over it they brought it to Brandon's attention, so we could address the issue. Brandon's main goal was QUALITY and I tell you that is what I got. Due to their professionalism, quality and superior communication, I had them also install gutters, remove 9 trees, Demo and remove garage and rebuild my back yard lean to into a screened in back porch.
