They did a great job on my roof and we're professional the entire time. something I liked about Hammer Time is how they educate their customers on the process with insurance. There was a mixup on my roof vents and they were unable to find the ones I had, as a compromise they added ridge vents to ensure I had enough ventilation in my attic. the owner of the company takes his business very seriously.

This team did great work. The responsiveness of the office and the friendliness of the roofers who came out. A few things got a little mixed up as far as timeline of finishing my roof. Luckily it was resolved expediently and before any rain. Price was great for me after shopping around a little. I think we got a great value for a fair price. Thank you Vanessa for working with me and the color choices! Overall pleased with the end product!

We bought a house built in 1926 and were required to complete various repairs in a tight schedule. I requested estimates from 6 different vendors in Wichita Falls. I just wanted to RAVE on Marrant roofing! My shingles lifted in the last storm and flooded my house with water and they were there the very next day putting up a tarp and worked with me to get everything back up as soon as possible. While they were here they discovered I had cracked decking and repaired it immediately. They were very professional and worked into the night to secure my roof bc rain was on the way. As a single mother we sometimes get taken advantage of and at no time did I feel like I was getting less than the best. I would recommend them to everyone! They will be the only roofing company I or my family will ever use in the future. Thanks again Jeff!

Contacted them several times, but they did not extend the courtesy of a return/follow-up call. Quality Customer Service is important to vets, retirees, and senior citizens. In Texas, a person's word is their bond. How good is a bond if the foundation is built on indifference!?!
