We had Oakford construction remodel our bathroom which evolved into replacing our flooring and baseboards that then spilled over into the kitchen backsplash. All throughout the remodel Mark was always open to our ideas and made several suggestions that were better than ours. You would be hard pressed to find a better more knowledgeable contractor with the experience he possesses. We’ve got a couple of more projects that we will definitely be reaching out to him for. Thanks again we love the finished project.

I’m so glad that Mark was referred to us by another (concrete) flooring guy. We will be using him for lots of upcoming projects. Mark changed out our carpeting for vinyl flooring. He is very honest, reliable, and good at his job- a really genuine guy. He’s very flexible on projects, and will work with you to meet your budget and needs. He was even really patient with my 2 little ones that were home during the project- and let them help out a bit when they showed interest.

I cannot say enough good things about Oakford Construction. Mark was referred to me by a friend because of the great work he had done on her property. From the start, Mark was highly communicative, professional, and dependable. I had wood along the back of my house replaced and he did an amazing job. Mark was here a couple months ago to replace a old carpet with travertine tile. I was very happy with his work. I just had him come back to replace my full upstairs with smart core tile. Once again very happy with his work. He is good with commutating with me very step of the way. He was even great with my pets. Sent me pictures of my old dog sitting next to him while he worked. He even made her a lil bed close to him lol.He truly enjoys his work. I've seen pictures of some of his ironwork, and furniture he has built. Beautiful beautiful stuff!!!!He is GREAT at his job. Highly highly recommend him.

Mark replaced an old carpet with travertine tile. He did a wonderful job and it looks fantastic. He even had to pull up about half of the job he had already placed down, as I was not satisfied with the color of tile that I picked the first time. (He didn’t even mind, just wanted me to be satisfied)The 2nd set that I picked required a great deal of cutting. Mark took his time and lined everything up very well. We needed an emergency repair and Mark answered the call. He came out to our home after dinner and repaired the small area in our floor we called about. He opted to stay well after 9pm fixing our entire floor (at least a dozen other areas) saying he was having such a good time he just kept going! Then he wouldn’t even allow us to pay him for all the extra repairs! Mark did an excellent job and is mind-blowingly kind. As a second generation contractor, he knows his stuff and has an admirable work ethic. I couldn’t recommend Oakford Construction more highly.

Worst contractor ever! No shows, left job incomplete, and turns in fraudulent invoices (2 invoices for other jobs trying to show he paid them). Don't waste your money here. Unsafe structure that wasn't completed correctly or to code. Fortunately, I've worked with 3 other local contractors that are 1000% better than Mark Oakford and they had to fix numerous framing issues. The best advice for ALL is to stay away from using Oakford Construction! I wish I had known that before losing $30,000 to this company!

Mark and his crew do a fantastic job of what ever I need them to do. He helped with a very difficult kitchen remodel, adding new walls, windows, siding. He has come back and replaced all my outdoor stairways. He will be back to work on my patio covers, paint decks, new siding.
